Always catches an attitude if you order after 11pm. The last time going to this location caught a nasty stomach virus after eating here. Would much rather travel further to Jefferson st location. Or none at all, probably better off with Canes which they actually cook their chicken hot and fresh. Even if it’s 10 minutes before close. May lack flavor but at least it’s FRESH!
My first time going to wing stop. Girl at counter was nice. I ordered by app. It was ready at time quoted. Got to say the wings where plump and juicy better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries where seasoned and taste real good with ranch sauce. Flavor was good. My only complaint. I got 6 wings and 5 where drum sticks and one wing. I hate drum sticks. I know places charge to pick what kind you want that why I did not. 2 drum sticks or even 3 would of been fine but why 5. For minute I thought do you only sell drumsticks if so, I would not return but I saw the one wing buried under the 5. I do recommend. Was more filling than I had expected.
Food was decent. Storefront itself was filthy. Garbage on most tables. No one cleaning tables off. Employee on break glued to phone for 20 minutes then walks right past garbage, goes back to work without washing hands. I will not be back
Placed order for students in my class at 10am for 11am pick up. Mind you we have a 30 min lunch I get there at 11 and they literally just start to drop the chicken and fries. Very disappointed now my students will have to scarf down in like 2 min. Very unprofessional. I should have read the reviews first as this is my first time ordering here
Had to wait 30 mins after the time I was told my food would be ready when I placed the online order. To be greeted with missing Fry's and half the wings being cold already. Better off buying some chicken strips and BBQ sauce from the grocery store nextdoor.
We ordered online. Pickup was 5-10 minutes later than promised, but we were greeted when we walked in and the young employees were polite and efficient. When we got home with the food and checked the order, it was all correct. The wings were cooked crispy like we like them and everything was very tasty! We spent $90 and were very pleased. Definitely will visit again.
I had a craving for the lemon pepper wings, so I decided to give this location a try. I had eaten an another location and was disappointed because the fries were extremely salty.
When I placed the order, I made it clear that last time I had Wing Stop, there was too much salt on the fries. We agreed that light salt was the way to go. When I got home and checked the fries, I immediately knew there was too much salt. I could feel it and see it on my fingers, I tried to wipe off as much as I could on a paper towel but unfortunately, it was still too salty. Attached is a picture of the salt on my fingers and the fries in the trash.
The ranch dip also had to much salt and in the trash it went.
Lemon pepper wings were good. The hot ones were salty too but edible once breading removed.
If the seasonings for wing and fries comes from corporate, you need to revaluate your recipes. Your customers are going to die from high blood pressure.
Lots of restaurants the days are reducing salt and adding flavor, maybe it's time Wingstop does the same.
If the application of seasonings is done at individual locations, then the food needs to be sampled before being given to customers.
Salt is a flavor enhancer, use more spices and less salt.
Will not be returning to this location.
Food was super fresh! Got the Mexicans working so you know it's gonna be good! Ate there and it was so good. Ranch is to die for.
