The Cooks always greats everyone . The wait staff is on point and always smiles . Restaurant is always clean Bathrooms to . Tables get clean as soon as the get thru clearing the lines at the counter . DoorDash orders most the time always ready if not they offer a drink for the driver . This is the Best Wingstop in Texas .
I never leave bad reviews, but this was too much. When we entered most of the tables had not been cleaned off, there were flies EVERYWHERE bc of it, our food took 30+ mins and we only got 2 orders of fries and a 10 piece wings, the drink fountain’s carbonation if always off ( I used to work in fast food, it’s an easy fix )
By the time we left the same tables were still dirty + more from people who came in. Y’all they were not busy at all, maybe 3 people came in for the hour we were there, it was gross eating while seeing all the trash left on the table, sorry for the bad picture quality, people were trying to eat. We do not recommend coming here ????????
Place was very dirty. They had loud music in the kitchen. Did not wash the chicken wings when they came out of the bag. There was a lot of blood and liquids coming out of the plastic bag. Was able to see the kitchen where food was being cooked. Workers were just standing around behind the counter instead of sweeping floor and tables
The food is amazing overtime I come here and sometimes they are super busy and they do their best. Good job Antonio on your crew
Bring the old crew back. They could get orders out hot in no time. It took 42 minutes to get my online order and they gave me cold fries. I politely asked for some hot ones. As long as the order took everything should have been hot.
Great food, served hot within the 15 mins he quoted. Loved the new Jamaican Jerk flavor, also went with our normals. (Hawaiian & Louisiana Rub) My favorite is always the French fries, I could get full off of just a bowl of them!
I really hate leaving bad reviews but we had a truly awful experience at this Wingstop location tonight. We ordered for pickup in the app, 6:33pm at the latest for pickup. I arrive to the store at 6:35pm for pickup and am told they are still working on it. 30 whole minutes pass and at 7:05pm I ask if there are any updates, I’m told they are STILL working on it. Spoke to other people in line with me and they had all been waiting 1-2 hours over their quoted time for their orders. After almost an hour of waiting myself with no updates on my order, I just chose to walk out and dispute the charge with Amex, which did get me my money back thankfully. I understand a busy Friday night is not the ideal time to order wings, but at the very least Wingstop should be more transparent with their wait times. If I have to order an hour or two ahead of time, that is fine. Just be honest about that wait time.
Definitely the best wing place around!! I love almost all flavors. My favorite is spicy Korean. Fries are awesome. I prefer bone in and all flats. Ranch and honey mustard are great with wings and fries. Staff are friendly and always get my order right. Thanks!!
