The first time here at this location, I went to other franchises in FLORIDA. The food was good, but the wait time was a little long. The music was good, that made it fun. There are a lot of flavors of sauces to choose from. Stop by and see what your taste buds are craving.
Whats the point of ordering for a future time if it's not done atleast close to it? Over 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done. Then the employees must get a bonus if they stiff people on ranch? All the containers were half full at best. Maybe it's because the employees are playing on their phones then going back to handling the food?
Just went in with my son and ordered 50 wings, 2 chicken strips, and another separate meal. There was a lady who greeted us and was also helping her male coworker prepare the food. This time was the best! He made the food so flavorful, she was so polite and kind. Glad it was an awesome experience!
Ordered wings online and when I got them they were hard as a rock. My soda tastes like water and there was no ranch. The manger did say that if I go back he would remake the order. I don’t have an hour to sit there and wait for them to make 10 wings.
Came in around 2pm. I ordered ten pieces of traditional wings at 205pm. I didn't leave until 230 pm. Long wait for hard, crusty wings with sauce. Service was great, very friendly staff. Nothing special about it.
We got a bunch of orders right before game time on Sunday - they were super slammed, and they got everything right except an order of fries. All the food was great. Out of the 8 different flavors I tried, the mango habenero and the Korean BBQ were my favorites. Service was reasonably fast, and the food was hot. The only recommendation i have is I wish they'd make their fries crispier.
I ordered online for pick-up. When I arrived, I stood by the pickup sign waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes along with several others. There was one person taking orders at the register, but he was also answering the phone and didn’t even look over at the carryout line. There were 5 orders sitting on the shelves, and the person bringing them out would just walk over and put more on the shelf without saying anything. Finally I had to call to her and ask about my order. She didn’t understand what I was saying and just pointed to the receipt. I finally saw my order and pointed to it and she got it for me. Terrible customer service and work flow. More employees are definitely needed. The food was decent, but not very warm from sitting on that shelf for who knows how long.
The workers are very slow, most of the time they talk or look at something on their phone. You have to wait a long time for your order and the food doesn't taste good.
