Don't know where this place been my whole life. We need one in Alabaster. The wings were great, the fries were amazing, and the ranch was drinkable. I went at 8:20pm tonight and the young lady taking my order was polite and didn't seem bothered by the multiple questions I asked her. Will definitely be back because I was supposed to go for the chicken sandwich but got wings. ????
We went there as a part of my daughter's wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This is where she wanted to go eat. No one would answer the phone to set up the wish lunch there, and when the Foundation finally spoke with someone, they hung up. Out of all the places she wanted to eat at a part of her wish, she picked here, and no one even acknowledged it! The food was good but the atmosphere took away from the day. Disappointing!
A wing place? I'm down for it, they got boneless wings which are my personal favorite at a wing place, I had gotten a 20 piece for $16.99 which isn't a bad deal to be honest. 15 Minutes later I got my food so that's probably what people were so mad about, it was the waiting times, at least for me I want the food to be hot and fresh, so I don't mind them taking their time. I had the clever idea of trying their hottest sauce, Atomic and boy let me tell you I am a spicy type of guy but this sauce definitely burned my mouth quite a bit. I'd recommend this place for any wing/spicy lovers. ????
Great service, me and my bro went there late right before the were closing yet they still made us fresh wings and served us well. I would specifically like to thank the Manager, Shelia I believe her name was she was very nice!
I came here for the first time when it wasn’t too busy (luckily!). The new Kitchen Manager, Alex, was super helpful in turning a technical glitch on the app for my pickup order into a pleasant-as-can-be experience all things considered. Just as a note: WingStop should probably let restaurant management make edits to orders.
The restaurant itself seemed warm/maybe not a ton of A/C and the cashier could have been friendlier when I called to try and rectify the situation before coming to the restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait that I noticed for most customers but not too bad.
Alex is the best part of this establishment with his manners and overall demeanor. It’s apparent he’s a hard worker and cares about delivering great customer service.
I will say, after everything, my order was unfortunately not correct even though I mentioned this to the staff there and waited for them to make my order so I can’t rate the food 5 stars (but it was fresh).
I ordered through DoorDash. I asked for my wings to be well done and ordered seasoned fries. The wings were FAR from well done and the fries were plain not seasoned. A lot to pay for a meal which I could only make myself eat half or less of.
I ordered and paid online for large fries and took longer than a hour to get online said 40 minutes for fries management was so rude. Then I got fries and asked for ranch they said it would be $2. Once I started to eat they sooo salty. Do better!!!
Spend tons of money here at least twice a week because my son loves it. I’ve tolerated their horrendous service and terrible wait times for years because of my son, but today, when I asked for a simple cup of water, after I paid $23.00 dollars for his food, and was told it would be $3.16, that did it. I don’t expect anything from anyone, but $3.16 for a cup of water is pathetic.
