I honestly expected them to be better. With all the hype, 1.5 hour long wait (no exaggerating, that's what the woman at the counter said), and the social media attention, I thought it would be insanely good. It was good....just not insanely good.
I honestly hoped for more lol. But it WAS good. The wings were sauced well, the flavor was pretty good and not TOO spicy...I will return, just not as enthusiastically. Lol
My Hubby picked up my Door Dash order at Wing????Stop and relayed how busy they were. Considering it was a holiday (4th of July), and they were extremely busy, my food was Delicious!???? Plus, EVERYTHING was fresh and hot. And my Husband said the service was also Great!
Food was good! We waited a LONG time got part of our food, and had to wait longer for the rest of it… We will fine it another try on a different tine when we have a lot of free time.lol
We did end waiting a bit and when our order finally came, we were pretty hangry and we had some wings missing because of a mix up ... Hailey came and apologize and made it right. She was super sweet and very professional. Working in a fast food restaurant isn't for the weak. But Hailey who was the assistant manager gets my five star.
thought I ordered cooked chicken but got raw boneless instead ???? all 20 boneless was cold! And raw. Manger D gave a refund but it is unacceptable to serve raw chicken with the amounts of bacteria it causes! Would never come back here again. Very disappointing for it being so expensive. Wingstop do better !
Called an order in, and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. “What you want” what a joke. Didn’t even say you’re welcome when I said thank you. Her tone screamed “I don’t want to be here, screw you for calling and making me work”. Made me uncomfortable to even pick up my food. She asked what flavor I wanted my chicken, and before I could answer, she raises her voice and repeats herself. Will not be back. Get better employees. For the price that this place charges, the service should make you feel like a valued customer, not a burden.
Nasty food, uncooked chicken and 4 of my wings had no sauce on them. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. I observe them making food in the kitchen as i wait... straight disgusting pulling a ear bud out of your ear and directly touching stuff. My online order took 22 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready. The women here are beyond rude to my wife and I on every pickup, it's ok though we will never be back we dont want food poisoning or rude service! Might go try to the other location hopefully it's better.
Not only is the staff ridiculously rude, their store front clearly doesn't matter. It's always dirty and feels as if I'm eating in a restroom. Do better... Also, to add injury to insult, they can't prepare a meal on time to save their life. Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings, better service, better atmosphere, better chicken.
