My sister loves Wingstop. I’ve never been to Wingstop this location before However
but she wanted to eat at this location so I purchased wings and a chicken sandwich. The meat was hot but not fresh. It tasted old and very dry. I was not pleased and neither was my sister who loves Wingstop. I won’t be able to patronize here again, especially considering I am not fond of Wingstop already.
Very rude! Refused to give me my food that I already paid for and wanted me to get down to pick up my online order even though was already sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. Never eating here again.
My was right for the first half. I had never been to this restaurant ever. I asked her 3 times what she would get. She was too busy o. Her phone to answer me. When I got home my wings weren't boneless as I asked. I don't have teeth so it was hard to eat. So I guess 1st AND LAST time. My son likes it. He will eat anything though. 35 bucks wasted.
Didn't give us fries with order which took forever to get. Drink machine limited to fruit juice and sprite. No tea. Roll of brown bathroom towels used for napkins. Terrible r&b music playing. Wings are OK, if that's all you're getting. Left out extra sauces we paid for. Won't be back. This place is worse than BWW and that's saying something.
On most days you go to a restaurant after church, you want quality food. I ordered lady name Marshala took the order, got ready to order drinks the drink machine is out & water is coming out with every drink. Asked did she change the drinks, yes. Proceed to taste it, it’s like water. She calls out name for order, I get the order & leave. For almost $35 meal for two is not chump change & at least have a soda if not then stop selling the meals. The food was hard as heck, you could barely bite into it. Why call back to let them know?? When the drinks could not be changed when they were out. I work in fast food this is not the proper way to run a business. And the cooks need to learn how to not serve old product. Very unpleasant Sunday lunch for us. Food is too expensive for it not to be of excellent quality. Get some new workers that actually care about their jobs front counter & in the back of the house in the kitchen.
The Manager Mrs. Smith was amazing and the staff was very helpful hands down the best Wing Stop experience I ever had!! #GoBulldogs
Great staff, yummy fried chickens, clean restaurant, the food took a while but it’s not too long for a wait!
Ordered 2- 8pc wing combo, at was actually pretty decent, but very pricey..
$32 for the 2 orders..
