The service was good but the fries were soggy and undercooked. We placed a walk in order so we waited outside after they said it would be ten minutes which was not a problem because we were going through the other places in the plaza in the meantime. We came back to check on the order and they said it would be another 10 minutes. We then went and waited in the car for 10 minutes and went back in and got the order and the fries were not fresh. The wings were good and the mango habanero was awesome but the fries are much better when they are fresh, especially considering the wait period . All in all I give a 3 based on this experience.
If I could give 0 I would. We ordered on Uber eats and the food came pretty fast but when we opened the food it was all super old and bitten into. It was obviously not done by the driver from how old and crusty the bite marks were. This was clearly food that they just repackaged and gave to us because it wasn’t even the flavors we ordered. I call the store to let them know and the manager has the worst attitude and she tells me it wasn’t them and I tell her it has to be because 20 minutes is a fast delivery for the food to look so old, disgusting, and it wasn’t even what we actually ordered. We ordered completely different flavors. She tells me the GM will call me and then hangs up on me. I WISH I could have gotten her name. This is unacceptable.
My go to order is boneless wings hot and seasoned fries. This place has some delicious wings at an affordable price. Store is always clean and maintained same goes for exterior. Staff is always courteous and attentive. Been coming to this location for years occasionally fries are not as crispy other then that they fantastic.
The bathroom floor was so slippery I almost fell. There was no trash can in the lobby/eating area. They had no gift cards. There were three people standing at the cash register, and only one register open. The food was good and fresh. No changing tables in the bathroom
I submitted an order online and it didn't go through. The manager which I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry, she apologized have me a drink and they immediately made my order. She was very nice and apologetic. I've been to other wing stops and they aren't anywhere as nice as this one. I wasn't too upset, it wasn't their fault. I just really appreciated their ability to make it correct. Would definitely go back again. Thank you.
First &last time I will ever eat Wingstop. First off the hostess at the counter was snarky &rude to my child &I while trying to decide what to order. I asked only for wings and was charged for fries and a drink as well (refused the drinks &saw the fries when I made it home) Second We got food poisoning!! Either the grease was dirty or the chicken under cooked either way it was the only meal I had yesterday and today We are both sick!! Never going to any Wingstop again CHECK YOUR CHICKEN!!
They forgot an order of fries. Hoenst mistake. But then my husband took a bite out of an undercooked wing. Not only did we lose money, but seriously.... under cooked chicken.
HEADS UP. If ordering online, add about 10 minutes to the estimated pick up time. They said they have to call you back to verify online orders before they start cooking. It took them 10 minutes to call me. Will update review later today once I have the food.
Update:
Food was Wing Stop good. Hot boneless wings, BBQ boneless, and traditional wings. The fries still are the tastiest around with the original fry seasoning.
Aside from carrots put in the bag side-ways leaking water, nothing had time to break through by the time I got it home.
Regarding the callback to verify my order, I did see that they first called about 5 minutes after I sent my order. I was driving so didn't notice. So, if you do like me and order while running errands so you can pickup on your way home, wait a few minutes for the callback unless you usually use your phone while driving.
