This location deserves zero stars. First and foremost, the restaurant needs a SERIOUS scrub down. You can tell the staff team does not use closing time nor their downtime wisely. Meaning the walls, floors, counter/table tops and the soda machine are dirty. They must not believe in cleaning and sanitizing. Secondly, speedy service is not their forte. I waited 50 mins to receive my meal. Waiting for this food pretty much used up my full hour of my lunchtime at work. I attempted to at least enjoy my fries once I returned to work, but I couldn’t enjoy them to their full extent because I found a random medal fragment ( shown in picture) poking out of one of my fries???!!!! I was scared to finish the remainder of my meal. Not sure what kind of shady business they're running at this establishment…but this is not it.
I took pictures but don't see how to upload here.. I selected well done all flats... all flats were given with a nice amount of seasoning BARELY done.. I was very afraid to bite all the way because it was wet inside. I also ordered fries with no seasoning and you guessed it.. heavily seasoned. I hate wasting food but had to let someone digging through trash give it a go. A first and I know Diffent wingstops have different quality. I will not do Hartford again. New Haven on Whalley is the best one I've been to after Vernon. I didn't like the Berlin take either but this was even worse than that one.
Bro y'all fries always cold… staff so unprofessional that they got me waiting at the register while taking my order, got a phone call, left me mid-speech and came back 5 minutes later.. food was okay but was kinda cold, like absolutely outrageous even I could do a better job and this is coming from a 14 year old( the manager needs to get better ppl who actually want to work and actually have manners)
Employees don’t know how to do orders correctly, or pack DoorDash correctly. Gave us not what we ordered and gave us a ridiculous amount of ranch instead of the actual order. Fries mid as hell too. I spent almost 50 bucks on this delivery and was disappointed asf considering that I’ve never been to a wingstop before. I don’t even do reviews ever but this was just ridiculous, take ur money elsewhere or at least to a different store. Get ur life right.
My favorite spot to order hot wings and I finally tried the chicken sandwich this time not bad at all. I ordered the lemon and the Cajun wings this time around so good!!
Absolutely the worst wing stop I've ever been too. Part of my order was missing, the other part was wrong. I ordered boneless Buffalo wings and what I received was boneless wings floating in grease, it was literally inedible. The paper bag was ripped and soaked through with grease, from the wing container leaking so much.
Me and my friend came in here and when we ordered the host was super rude her name was serena. and then we waited more than 30 minutes for our food and it still wasn’t ready so I had to say something and they said they lost our ticket so they had to remake it and at this point I just wanted a refund for our food instead of them remaking it. they said they can’t do that cause there’s no manager but that’s not true cause the lady with the purple hair is the manager and she was the one talking to us and pretended she wasn’t the manager. So we finally got our food cause we couldn’t get a refund and when we got it there was barely any sauce on our wings. And not to mention the place was disgusting, tables were sticky, nothing to drink in the soda fountain besides Minute Maid, and the whole restaurant was smoky idk if it’s cause they’re hotboxing the place or cause they can’t cook but it was bad. Like rly rly bad. But not all wing stops are like this just this one is!!!
We went on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. The staff was truly helpful and very pleasant. We ordered our food and sat down. I had to use the restroom. The restroom was kind of dirty. With towels in the sink and the towel dispenser had some white stuff dripping down it that was dried up. But when the food came it was delicious. We ordered a meal for two. We had Hawaiian & Parmesan chicken with fries and a side of parmesan corn. You can tell everything was cooked fresh. I would definitely go back.
