I went out of town and had the hot honey rub wings and they were seasoned to perfection. Really made me love the flavor. I come back home and order here and it’s barely any seasoning on my wings. This is the third time my wings barely have any seasoning on them. I know for a fact my wings are not tossed in a bowl with seasoning because one side has little sprinkles of seasoning and the other side is naked. I don’t understand why its so hard to actually put flavor on the wings!!! And looking at the reviews people have the same problem. Definitely not going to this location again
I ordered to go order and when I got there the cash it was super nice. She even helped me out toward my car. Her name was.Ale-Ceeia yes I asked her to spell it ????. Will definitely be dining in again.
New location in south Huntsville with friendly staff and great food. Choices of bone-in or boneless wings with a wide range of sauces and dips. Tip: don't skip the Cajun Corn side dish or the fries. You can diet tomorrow!!
I’ve gotten wings from this place twice now and have bad experiences with the food both times, so I decided to do something about it the second time. I spoke to the manager who said his name was Dante, and he made an excuse for the food not being made the way it’s supposed to be made, I ordered 2 large Cajun fried corns with extra seasoning and it had ZERO seasoning and a lot of them were burnt which made some parts of the corn get burned off and this was the second time I had this issue, his excuse for this was that he’s been “training” a new employee and that the oil was probably not changed if the corn came out this way which is more than concerning and unsanitary, but I mentioned this wasn’t the first time and he just dismissed me and didn’t sound like he cared at all. The new lemon herb is advertised to have a good amount of seasoning that is very visible on their advertisements and when I received it, it looked completely naked as if I ordered no seasoning whatsoever and the Louisiana Rub wings had the same issue and was told it’s so that it’s not too “salty” yet when I’ve ordered from other locations it comes out perfectly with the same amount of seasoning it’s advertised to have. I spent almost $40 on the whole thing paying for these seasoned wings just to get naked wings and burnt unseasoned corn. It’s extremely disappointing to drive about 20 minutes and spend $40 to get food that wasn’t made right at all and just to have a careless manager to speak to when bringing up the issue. Tried to be as respectful as I can be and I even said I had pictures of the food to show them proof and still got shrugged off and told “Is that all” after a long pause of silence from him when I explained all of this, was told I’d get a remake of just these two wings and the corn, and I wonder if it will even comes out right this time, I’m hoping that management gets looked into or changed and these employees get trained properly, you can’t expect your employees to be up to par when you have a manager with a careless attitude and dismissive tone. Customer service was horrible and the food was just as horrible.
TLDR: The people here do there job effectively, respectfully, and politely, but still have the ability to cut-up with their customers and go the extra mile.
Longer version:
I've only been here twice, both times have been excellent.
First time, I was treating myself and wanted to try the Louisiana boneless wings since I'm originally from Louisiana. When I asked about them to the cashier, the cashier turned and hollered st the cook to let him know I was asking and from Louisiana. We conversed about where in Louisiana we both were from and he told me "You want true Cajun, I got you." He wasn't lying and my Cajun roots were happy.
Second time, I was tired, it was 30 minutes before they closed, but my pregnant wife wanted wings and they were the only wings place open. Cashier came up, and I, feeling bad for the late night order, told them I appreciated them being open for my pregnant wife's late night craving. What followed was the cashier bending over backwards to make sure my wife had all she needed cravings wise (the cashier was right on all accounts and did correctly guess the gender based on the wings order).
I've been a long-time believer in touchdown wings, but after this second experience, my loyalty has been forever swayed.
I went on my lunch break today and had a terrible experience! While I was ordering my meal the girl working the register was texting and never told me my total and had to finish her text before giving me my receipt or my cup. I sat and waited for my 8pc boneless wing combo for over 15 minutes, while I was waiting I watched every employee including the manager stand around on their phone and/or stop to get their drink out of the cooler and drink. While I am still waiting on my food an employee gets her own meal and stood in a corner in the kitchen to start eating her food. I ended up asking for a refund and when the manager approached the counter he asked me why I was requesting a refund. I told him that I had been waiting over 15 minutes for 1-8pc combo and everyone was just standing around on their phones. The manager did not apologize at all for the poor service he just gave me my refund like it was a typical request. I will not be going back to this location as I spent my whole lunch break waiting on a meal that I never received and had to go back to work hungry. There is no excuse for laziness and poor customer service. I managed a Chick-fil-A for 10 years and honestly I'm appalled at how customer service is not even a concern for most companies anymore!

New store - first time I’ve ever visited the chain.
Fries: Oil soaked and limp as noodles. Nasty!
Original Hot wings: temperature was warm. Skin was mushy and rubbery. Spice was not hot by any stretch of imagination. Sauce stained my fingers and still visible after washing hands THREE TIMES!
Never going back. Once was enough.
Visited on 6/21/24 in the evening. The staff was SO friendly and went above and beyond in my order, had it done quickly, and they were generally fantastic! The food was exactly how it should be and I am always loyal to someone who gives me an extra ranch! Best wingstop in huntsville.
