I decided to give this place a try after having great experiences in Abilene at both locations. Time quoted online was 11:30 but the food was done early at 11:15. Service was great and very prompt. Food was very fresh and was seasoned great. I would definitely return to this location when visiting San Angelo.
Ordered my food online to find out I had to wait a whole hour for my food. I waited and showed up a few minutes early and got my food which was already ready. Once I got home, I find there is no chance the food was fresh and had to have been made long before I picked it up, probably within the first 20 minutes of me placing the order. I received no updates about my order in the meantime. My food upon receiving it was cold and soggy. Even the buffalo fries had sat long enough to absorb all the sauce and I was stuck with a soggy gross mess. This is my 3d attempt to get some good wings from here and my final. My food is just never good. Fix your wait times online so people don’t wast their money on food they won’t even eat because it’s cold, soggy, and just straight up nasty. So mad.
Ordered classic wings and got hot honey rub, Louisiana rub and lemon pepper and they were filled with sauce in each container…
Ordered online at 7:07 pick up time was estimated 40-48 minutes, got there at 8 and was told it’ll be 10-15 minutes, at 8:30 I went and asked again and was told they were not sure when it would be ready. All while I watched 15-20 doordash orders take priority over in house customers. Real classy wing stop. After waiting over 1 and half hours in total after placing my order we cancelled and decided to go to buffalo wild wings were the service and food was 10x better. While in wingstop over heard serval people talking about how since it’s changed owners it’s been like that.
I love the ease of ordering on the app and the quickness of food preparation. The staff are always friendly and appear to enjoy the services they provide. Wings are always prepared at the right temperature and all flavors I have tried have been exquisite.
The wings are always delicious and fresh! I love their fries and especially their ranch! I buy it just to keep on hand.
It's not good employee are rude of deaf me and son with dog service certificate. It's parents have to responsible hold of children's must away from dog service certificate law.
Jesus was very friendly and got my order out quick !
