Best WLM Reviews

This is my first time dining here and Dennis was very welcoming and explained the different flavors and meal deals. He was very helpful in explaining the menu. Wings were done to perfection :)
New Spanish woman manager I think got the wings perfect Everytime now and dialed in how it’s supposed to be. Favorite Wingstop in the area now happy it’s near home. Pic is from my iPad so not best quality but you see it *chefs kiss*
Ordered a 10 piece boneless wings and fries from this location and I was very, very pleased! The boneless wings were white meat chicken, no gristle or fat on them, the fries were out of this world amazing! They were fresh, hit, crispy, and whatever that seasoning is that they put on there…omg!! The service was good too, the young lady at the counter recognized me when I came in and gave me a status on how much longer it would be before my order would be ready. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!
I decided to order 10 cajan wings for dinner so I called ahead. The employee told me about 16 minutes for pickup. When I got there I suspected that the food was not ready and was going to cancel. The employee lied and told me when asked that the food was ready. I saw them dropping fries and checking on wings in the fryer. After waiting there for a good while, I decided to asked a second time if my order was ready and was annoyed that the employee lied the first time. She said the food is ready, I just have to bag it. I said, ma’am the food is NOT ready if you have to bag. That is not the definition of “ready.” She brings my order and I decide to check. When I opened the container it was fries which I did not order. I called them out. She said I was rude and needed to be nice. I said you lied and said the food was ready then gave me the wrong order and expects me to be cool headed. When asked for the manager, she said I don’t need to know that. They finally identified one of them (3 of them standing there) as the manager. How she was behaving, I knew she was of no use talking to her. I asked who’s above this person so they said I don’t need to know that . Then they began to demand i leave or they would call the cops. I doubled, tripled dared them to go ahead and called the cop. I waited and did not run until the cops came. I don’t know if they thought they could have pulled that scared tactics on me and think I was going to beg them not to . I waited patiently for the boys in blue and explained the situation. I got the idea to write a review from the cop so here I am. They do not need to worry because I will never again visit that location. The employee is so unprofessional and I don’t know if the supervisor/manager is close but they need training. I didn’t called them out their names, I was focused on the lies (order is ready, not ready…you were late in picking up your order, wrong order received). Appropriate training would have resulted in the “Manager” stepping in and quelling the issue. But the manager joined in to call the cop.
A question is worth asking…if a white woman had walked in there and had an issue with the poor service, would my Spanish speaking sisters be so quick to threatened with a call to the cops?
But I stood my ground because I didn’t want them to feel that that behavior was professional or acceptable.
When you order delivery from a restaurant - you expect to receive the entire order right? Not just half of it... and then be told when you call about the missing food that "yeah, we have your food, you can come pick it up." ???? Why offer delivery if you don't intend to follow through on delivering the entire order? In the end - we chose to get the missing food refunded (Why would I agree to come pick up food that's now cold?) When you place an order over $100 and half is missing - that's fairly ridiculous. We won't be ordering from them again - and honestly - if you're reading this & thinking of ordering delivery from this location in the future I wouldn't count on the customer service being all that great. Before anyone asks - yes - we spoke with a manager - they told us the exact same thing the first person did. 'Yes, we have the rest of your order here - you can come pick it up. Uber delivers for us, we don't have any drivers.' Which... I understand - but that's not my problem to figure out - it's theirs. We paid for delivery. We ordered Buffalo Wings, Lemon Pepper Wings & the Louisiana Voodoo Fries. The Buffalo Wings were okay, I'd say maybe a 2 out of 5 stars, the Voodoo fries were incredibly soft/soggy - which - they have a lot of toppings but it seemed like they weren't cooked all the way to begin with. I can't tell you how the Lemon Pepper wings were - they didn't show up. As a business - I hope they don't do this very often - I can't imagine they'll stay in business shorting half of people's orders & then not offering so much as an apology afterwards. As far as recommendations go - ours would be - GO ELSEWHERE.
I placed an online order that was not packed correctly. When I called the store and told them, rather than offer me the missing wings or a store credit, they insisted that they packed it correctly and insinuated I was lying. After ordering from them on a fairly regular basis, I expected a lot better. I'll never go back and recommend you do not order online. They will cheat you, then gaslight you about it.
One of the worst places to go for wings. Zero costumers service and seems like they are forced to work there. Orders take long best to avoid this location if you want good wings.
Either my fries we're not cooked properly, or there might have been something bad about the oil. No biggie. Things like that happen. I walked back to the counter to try to get the bad fries switched out with a fresh batch. After a minute if nobody showing up, one worker finally came into view, performed a task, than looked directly at me. Before I could open my mouth to say anything, this worker walked away, and nobody else came back into view. I've experienced minor quality issues at this location, but I have to say this is the first time I was outright ignored.
