Best WLM Reviews

Every time I come to wingstop I have to give them my wings back because they’re not cooked well done. No one speaks English and it’s really hard to communicate with the front counter employee. Someone needs to learn English to better communicate. I love the location but there needs to be a better way to communicate with customers.
Recently visited this location for the 2nd time and even though it is minutes from my home, I will not be returning. I attempted to call and place an order, but they would just take the phone off the hook and place you on hold without even speaking/greeting you. I arrived to the location and stood in line, where there was 2 people in front of me and I called again and I witnessed this happening. Even after my order was taken and there was no one left in line the cashier did not even attempt to go back to check on the call. I asked Jaden (the cashier) what was their process on answering phone orders and he proceeded to tell me if we are busy (which they weren’t) they don’t answer the phone. I’ve witnessed/worked in many establishments where the process is much better & they were way busier. The workers at the back could’ve been better organized and the load could’ve been distributed better amongst the team. I will never blame the associates, but the shift manager should definitely get more training. A team must be LEAD & from the looks I seen no leaders. Customer service was no existent. No one greeted me nor the guy that I followed in, which wasn’t a surprise as they failed to speak to the customers they placed on hold. My 1st visit I figured, “it’s a bad day or they received a couple huge orders”, but to pretty must experience this for the 2nd time I am very disappointed & definitely will not be returning.
Really poor experience here. I got the new boneless thighs, they are VASTLY different in size. I also got the buffalo ranch fries, they forgot the ranch, and then forgot my sauces on top of that. Everything was cold by the time I got my food. Will never go back here, and I can't recommend anyone else to either.
Stopped here for the first time. Downloaded the app and made a carry out order. Takes forever, 40-minutes. 20 wings and fries $35 ???????? should have stopped there and moved on. Noticed the floor is slippery with grease I guess, tables and chairs are sticky, same with the front counter. Bathroom needs attention. Haven’t tried the food yet. Not sure I want to. I’ll be back to report on the food. Hope my medical insurance is paid up to date.
We had to wait 45 mins to get food, because they forgot we were there when they got busy( they literally ask to see receipt cause they didn't remember taking our order). the food was hot, but the wings were rubbery and the fries were burnt. The place was clean but the unorganized kitchen made it seem chaotic
The Wingstop off of Kuykendahl and Spring Stuebner has become our go-to for wings. Wings are larger, fried to perfection, and made really well. I used to not like the fries from Wing Stop in general, but seem to be improved, no longer that soggy texture. The order is done right, and packaged very neatly. We really appreciate the good quality all around, and we look forward to our next hot wings dinner from none other than this place!
Been to this location for the 3rd time, hoping it'll get better. Honestly, seems like it gets worst every time. I have so many questions for them though...
Why is no one wearing a uniform?
Why are they not wearing gloves when seasoning the wings?
Why do they use their phone while seasoning food and while taking it out of the fryer? Isn't that a Hazard?
Why IS THERE A KID BEHIND THE COUNTER? And why is he near the Fryer??
Placed a mobile order and I have to say I’m impressed for a wing stop the place is quite snazzy. They even had a Coca Cola freestyle machine. The machine had a plethora of choices for drinks, with even 6 different types of lemonades to choose from. I would definitely recommend the peach flavor out of them. Seeing the two star review really made me think this place was gonna be a miss but I gotta say boy was I wrong. The only real complaint is I did not see the child worker from the one star reviews I was really hoping to meet him. Also remove the lemon garlic flavor it is awful. Also I filled up my 64 oz container with grape sprite for free and not only did no one stop me but also it was not grape sprite just CO2. The fries were good but above them was 3 pounds of liquid cheese that really cancelled out their perfection. The cheese made the fries as soggy and saggy looking. Overall, the boneless wings had a crispy texture and crunch and many delicious flavors to choose from.
