Best WLM Reviews
Good location their food is always seasoned great. They are fast and reliable. The customer service is great. Highly recommend this location.
The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS... We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd... What I disliked was that their drink machine was completely out of anything that was NOT soda and I didn't want soda!! Everything this early in the day should be well stocked!! Also the music they had blaring was so NOT customer friendly...
Food was not the best. I ordered and paid for my food online, got there 20 minutes later and still had to wait 10-15 minutes.. okay, no big deal. Get my food and my wings and fries aren’t even hot! So what was I waiting for? The cashiers like to stand around and talk, at least look busy and respond to guests as they come and go. Not ordering from here EVER again.
.*UPDATE: WELL I WENT YESTERDAY AFTER SPEAKING TO MRS VIVIAN (COUPLE MONTHS AGO) AND THINGS WENT WELL! FOOD WAS LIKE IN USED TO WINGSTOP BEING! ONE SLIGHT ISSUE..I ASKED FOR ALL LOUISIANA RUB & GOT 5..THE REST WERE HOT WINGS..BUT THATS OK:) EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND RESPECTFUL...!! I WILL BE BACK! SHOUT OUT TO BEVI! SHE WAS THE BEST!
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal on Uber eats I receive my sandwich the chicken was hard & over cooked my barely had any fries & they were cold. Just because we order from an outside app like Uber eats or DoorDash doesn’t mean we don’t deserve good quality meals. I will not be ordering from this store again
They make their door dashers fill up the customer's drink I've seen them fill it up and grab the cup after they scratch themselves
I asked for all flats paid my money and drove home and didn’t get what I wanted it was 2 flats. Don’t give me you want me to have give me what I ordered ????????????
I couldn’t get My wings, cause they told me they do not accept master cards, that is the most ridiculous thing I can hear.
