Best WLM Reviews
I never make reviews but I had to this time. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and this was the size of ALL my wings. Not to mention they were ice cold. I am very disappointed. They do not wear gloves when preparing food and definitely need to be inspected. Just dont eat here.
Did an online order for my husband to swing by to pick up on his way home. They didn't have our order and he had to wait for bout 40 minutes. They never even Apologized. Realized when he got home they'd shorted us 1 order of fries
This place needs to be inspected, i got food poisoning for a week straight, non stop stomach ache, then realized it was probably freon cross contamination or poor hand hygiene etc, never in my life have i felt this sick, also noticed they DO NOT WEAR GLOVES!!! whatever you do please do not eat from here unless u want food poisoning
They fry their wings on the rarer side and the fries seemed nearly burnt. So I’m not sure how I would recommend someone place their order - maybe in person to explain how they want it?? Because everyone enjoys being told how to do their job
This is what the container looks like from my wings. This is a pretty common issue with this location but today was the worst it's been. Who wants to eat wings soaked in grease? Do they not have time to let them drain before pouring them in the container. This will be the last time I eat there. The ones soaked in the grease were not even edible. The voodoo fries are usually delicious but today it's basically drenched in cheese will little drizzles of ranch and hardly any spicy on top. The entire experience was a let down and for almost $40 I'd think they could do a better job.
This place doesn't have much to offer. Small mediocre restaurant with very unsanitary and rude staff. They messed up me and my bf order and we were so disappointed with the fact they don't serve fried appetizers or beer. Place could use a serious upgrade.
Xiomara has great energy and she also knows how to give good customer service.
main manager lilly was actually the most disrespectful person i’ve ever met. was rushing my mom during her order and laughed at her every time she asked a simple question. we ended up leaving bc of the amount of disrespectful, take your business anywhere else then here.
