Best WLM Reviews
This wingstop is the bestttt worth driving here instead of the Durbin Pavilion because shorter wait times, better food, and its overall cleaner and more options for drinks! The bone in here is delicious and also the boneless is great too. The workers are fun and kind. My tenders were crisp and delicious.
I just want to say my family has been coming to this establishment for A while now and my kids love the environment. I must say it has improved over the last two months. It’s more cleaner people friendly, and the customer service has did a major upgrade, so I’ll just say Jimmy it’s hands down you can really tell the change, the food is fresh. The wait time is shorter and you’re now getting greeted when entering The establishment.. the team members have a smile on their face’s and quick to assist me with my food choices so you can be sure that me and my family and friends will surely be sending more people your way,, thank’s for the upgrade in management we can see the progress . It’s gotten better in the last month or so the food is better. The fries are great not hard. The wings are fresh season just right, I would just like to say thanks on my families behalf we will be sending business your way .
My first time at a wing stop, will definitely be back. Food was delicious and fresh, and employees were very kind and attentive. It gets busy so online ordering may save time!
Literally never ready when you get there! Multiple employees hanging around only one hustling. Work ethic here is horrible!!! We love the food but not coming back. When you have ten tickets hanging and a lobby of folks waiting 15-20…something is wrong.
What a disaster this store is. I ordered online, was given a pickup time for 16-21 minutes. Wait time was closer to one hour. The young man who seemed to be some kind of supervisor spent more time complaining to/about the employees than working, and I overheard him several times refusing to take orders at the counter and told customers to order online. Get the food home, none of my boneless wings have sauce and are way too salty. The tenders were the only decent part of the meal and the only part we ended up eating. Total waste of my time and my money. Won’t return.
Don’t ever ever ever order directly through their website . Go straight through door dash or Uber eats. They use both and don’t document who they give your order to.between Wingstop and DoorDash. MY order was lost twice within 24 hours and I was livid at both of them. The third time I’ve ordered through door dash and I’m getting updates on my order and who has it . This time I am hopeful it won’t be left behind a freaking bush somewhere in my complex !
I Clearly Ordered Boneless and I got Bone-in. I Live all the way on Southside and The Manager Bea Was Really Nasty. Had me do a survey to get an extra Ranch which I had no problem. I wish I didn’t the way she talk to me for their mess up…
Cajun corn was the bomb.com I had it with the Cajun and mango habernero wings. Instead of getting fries I selected the Cajun corn as a side. I really liked the food you've got to try the Cajun corn.
