Horrible service walked in at 10:45pm and they had already stacked all the chairs on top of each other and told us we couldn’t dine in anymore. While we were trying to decide on our order they told us to hurry up that we had to order before 11:30pm because after that they were no longer making orders. I understand that while the store does need to be closed in timely matter there’s other ways to take of your staff. Let your customers have a seat I would say is a lot more over whelming to have a lobby full of upset people that have no availability to a seat than to just let them have seat in the first place.. if I could rate 0 stars.
I've ordered and I've waited 20 min when I went to receive my order I've got someones order I've noticed when I reached home I live 30 min away from them.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING. They never answer, and when they do, they put you on hold without saying anything, and they never come back to take the order
I was in on 2/23/42 at 12:36pm my Order# was 20012 I was greeted as I walked in by Nomi and she took my order as I waited she was very polite and professional. As I waited we had a great conversation and as I was waiting the other ladies were working had cleaning and preparing the food. I would recommend this location.
I spend $50-$60 bucks a month here. They can be hit or miss. Asked for well done wings and they cooked them so hard the chicken was dust with almost no seasoning. MOST of the time the wings are on point though.
Charged me 6 ranch sauce for $11.55! If they getting paid $15 an hour please do your job right!
I always come to this Wingstop and order my food but today was a horrible day with this lady she disrespected me today she told me I can get out her business place because I told her my food was sitting there getting cold she told me today I can either eat shut up or get out in front of all the customers y'all can review the cameras she was very disrespectful and I don't think I will be eating here no more probably have to take my hard earned money someplace else
The female cashier with the really short curly hair and a boyish look had very poor customer service. I actually cancelled my order because of it. They have no desire to help customers
