Food normally good. But got my order wrong on Friday, I called a hour later to rectify the issue and the lady on the phone said she would give me a credit or I could just come get a remake by Sunday and would write it down for her coworkers because I wasn't sure if I could go get it within that time frame. And to call on Sunday if I wanted to change my mind to a credit or it wouldn't be able to be honored. So I call 11 am on Sunday and a man answered the phone. I explained the situation and he goes on to say something about normally it's a manager that needs to go over the mistake and you have to bring the food back... baby I live 25 min away w kids I can't just pack up again to do that and the lady said she was gonna handle it but apparently didn't write it down like she said she was going to so I just had to accept that... So there goes my order that cost 16 dollars and wasn't even right. It was supposed to be 8 hot honey and 2 mango habenero. I order it that way because I can't handle eating many mango habenero ones because it's spicy. So to only be able to eat some of my 16 dollar order is BOGUS. Trinity is the name on the order , different email/name on this account. Just sucks when you've been here like 12 times
I ordered my food before I got off of work at 4:45. They told me it would be 10 minutes. I get there at 5:20 and the food is not ready. I waited patiently. Others were coming in, ordering, and receiving their food. That was odd so at 5:50 I asked about my food and the bag was sitting right there!!! I ordered honey mustard wings and they gave me plain wings with honey mustard dressing. The employee told me she was going to drop it in the sauce. She brought it back and the chicken was cold. I asked for a refund and she stood there for a good 5 seconds staring at me. She finally git the manager. He did not say a word to me. He just rung up the refund, told the employee to give me the refund, and walked away. I did not receive an apology from anyone. Customer services is dead at that location!!! I tried to give them a chance but this is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve had a bad experience!!!
Top notch quick dining experience. Great customer service. Great food. You get a decent amount for your money. Endless flavors. They cleanup after you. You can watch them cook your food. Chill environment.
Ordered wings and instead they just cut up chicken fingers and tried to pass it off as wings. That plus the food was cold was a huge let down. Was here once before and loved it but now I am not sure if I'll be back
Cashier was not friendly. Normally when you go somewhere to place a to go order, you are asked for a name to be called by when your order is ready. We were not. Our ticket only said "means". By the time our food was ready it, the cook wasn't so friendly giving us our order. My husband has been bragging about the food here for a while now. And I'm kinda disappointed. Not sure why anyone would put hot wings and bbq wings in the same tray. Wings were hot, fries warm. Music could've been turned down just a little bit. Atmosphere isn't too bad. Kinda laid back.
Came in here today to eat and the employees seem nice but the guy standing at the cash register seem annoyed. We was ordering while we was ordering he kept getting our order wrong so we had to repeat it four times for him to understand. Then we told him can we get all flats for our chicken wings the guy told us no we don’t do it On Saturdays . I’ve been to good wings stops n bad and they all done it for me before no matter what day it was. So we asking him why and he ignored my question n just continue to ask questions about our order. Idk who the manager is for this location but this is not customer service. To top it off the store was horrible l! Trash on floor. Ice on the floor so someone can slip and fall. Sounds like a lawsuit to me . I probably won’t be back to this wing stop again. I’ll drive an hour to just get better customer service! ????????????
Was excited to try wingstop for the first time. It may have just been this location but the food poor. Fries were stale and lukewarm, wings were way over seasoned and too salty. And the restaurant visually looked very unclean. I’ll have to try another location cause this one was awful.
Time management is not an execution of great customer service at this location regardless of the time of visit. And the serving of room, temperature fries is the only reason I didn't give this location at 111 East Blackstock Rd, Spartanburg, SC a 5-star review.
The chicken tenders were cooked to fried perfection, and the lemon pepper was equally seasoned to match the buttery base. The blue cheese condiment is deliciously good, and the sweet tea makes the long wait for your order worth it.
Tip: Ask for “hot” fries and a larger cup of sweet tea!
