Maddie at Barry is a keeper. Great customer service. Always so nice and you can tell she does it all. A real team player. Doing everything she can to keep customers happy and timely helped to assisting in the table area to helping in the back. Don't loose this girl but do because she has a lot of potential and that work ethic alot of kids don't have in this time. She's going places. I'm doing reviewe because sometimes when your doing an amazing job you should be recognized.
Both fries and wings were barely room temp and stale. Sauce taste is vinegar-strong and well below average. Business is also cashless. Don't waste your money in this establishment.
Avoid this location at all cost. Went on 10/28 to order a meal. I was a dollar short so I asked for a refund. The refund was supposed to total $13.52. I have not received a refund yet and it’s almost been two week. I have called my bank to dispute the charges but wingstop hasn’t answer them so they can try to see the video or just to confirm. My bank told me to try to work it out with them but Wingstop has also stopped taking my calls and every-time I ask for a manager one is never available. I am on camera ordering food but leaving without getting the food. A manger confirmed this. So why can I not get a refund? $13.52 might not be a lot to some but in this economy every dollar counts. I am not just giving away money if that was the case I would’ve just gave my money away to my kids or a homeless person but not wingstop. Please avoid this location at all cost.
Order was ready at the predicted time. Ordered on the app. Staff was helpful and kind. Restaurant was clean. Order was accurate. Food was hot and well made. Great quality product. best Wingstop experience we’ve had.
We ordered our food to take out, and noticed other customers that ordered getting their food first "25 minutes we waited" before we went to ask about our order. During the time we waited not one employee at the front counter asked if we got our food because they were too busy sitting and walking around. Finally we got to talk to the manager and he said "we are really busy we just put your food first"not even an apology for their incompetence!
Pretty solid place for some chicken. The sandwich was juicy and had good flavor. The voodoo loaded fries and Cajun corn have the same seasoning so they taste pretty similar. There aren't many tables and it's a small space so I would recommend taking the food to go. It also takes a while for the food to come out so it's a good idea to order ahead.
The manager was very sweet and offered me something extra because the wait was a bit longer than usual. Which is understandable with it being the dinner rush. The staff was super friendly and very polite when updating everyone on the status of their orders.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Everytime we come here it’s always an issue, either it takes an hour to get our food or just now we were denied service. There were 6 people working in the back but nobody could take our order because there “wasn’t a cashier” and the woman who addressed us was extremely rude.
