Worst experience. I specifically ordered a bone in wings and got a boneless chicken. Waited 20+ minutes for a wrong order. Will never come back to this place again.
The wings didn't have much seasoning. The guy who took my order was very helpful, patient, and friendly. The overall service was good, but my wings weren't what I expected them to be. There was too much grease in the bottom of my container. Hopefully, next time will be better.
I waited the burger 20 minutes. JUST ONE BURGER!!! Too slow for fast food. Them even doesn’t have customers in this time. Terrible.
The staff just listen to hip-hop and don't seem to care what's going on.
not one care in the world at this store… handed out my order to a dasher and didnt make them confirm like every other store does out here, and continues to blame me, and that its my fault my order got stolen and refused to make my $70 order again. told me to just replace my order… REPLACE MY ORDER. my first payment still hasnt been returned to me this happened Saturday 10/19 at 10pm. the wing stop app for support is no good its basically just a Survey and theyll tell you to go through the app for support its sad. acting like you dont earn your money the hard way aswell.
Took 1.5 hours to get food after online ordering. Chicken was raw when I finally got it home. Clerk told me it was going to be another 15 minutes when I got there. Ended up taking an hour. When I asked for a refund while waiting I was told I could not get one.
Went in at 1:35pm for lunch. No customers in the restaurant. Placed an order for 2 people. Never once was told a wait time and we didn’t get our order till 2:02 after me going to the counter asking what the hold up was. No apologies but was bothered I asked. Our lunch was cut short cause we had to leave and return to work. The cashier was quite rude and I will never visit this location again. Not even an apology.
Poor customer service skills, got weird looks from staff for no reason. Bad attitude problems and can't work without being on their cellphones. Choose better people to operate the establishment in my opinion. Then to top it off , nobody called out our order name they let it sit on the rack of food for 20 mins before coming and asking wht the name on our order was. Ridiculous.
Anytime Ive eaten here over the past 3 yrs, it’s a togo order. Every time it’s perfect!! Always ready when it’s estimated, hot and exactly what I wanted????
