Best WLM Reviews
This was my first bad experience with this place. My son ordered us food because it was rainy and I was tired. When the order arrived, it was missing my drink and carrot sticks, which I really enjoy with the ranch dressing. I called and was told the driver left without picking up the rest of my order, and I could come in and get it. I did so I THE RAIN, and asked to speak to the manager. I was ignored for 10 mins while the manager refused to look at me. After speaking with him, he promised to partially refund my money as a courtesy, but he never did. Poor service and even worse customer service on his behalf.
Want in to buy some Cajun wings and had the best Customer service I have had in a very long time. Good job wingstop, Robert was Awesome at taking my order and getting it to me fast.
There are 2 pictures there , what I ordered and the other is what showed up . I am mad because I paid a decent amount of money for some food after a long day and just wanted to eat , I paid for express and it came 50 minutes later , what I order is not what I got and the driver just shrugged his shoulders and said take it up with them , very very frustrating and lack of checking good orders and who’s getting what , how do you guys mess this up ???im also more mad that I paid for so much and got so little and someone else got my order and paid less , it’s been a long day and I was looking forward to some wings . Not cool at all
somehow my delivery order got cancelled, but both managers were SO helpful and rectified the situation as best they could. thank you for the great service!!!
Worst place ever. It’s always hit or miss when you order. Today I ordered the family pack with 8 boneless & 16 classic. They gave me all boneless with all 3 flavors in the same container stacked on top of each other, with one being plain. I listened to unedited rap music about oral sex on the overhead speakers while I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to mess my order up. & the manager was unapologetic & hesitant to refund me after I didn’t want to wait longer for them to fix it.
Order off of Uber eats got a 10 peace it came out to 27$ which is ridiculous. The wings were so small the food tasted so bad and the fries were burn. They were all black and charcoaled. The wings were supposed to be well done but they were hard. I can’t get over how small they were they were bite sized. It’s ridiculous that I paid for burnt fries and bites sized wings.
I order on on 07/04 , waited two hours for my food two drivers was sent to get my food they ended up closing , I called and went to the store on 07/05 for my refund they said the general manger wasn’t in he stepped out but they toook my information never returned the call , I call on 07/06 , they said the manger will be in at 330.i call 330 no one answering the phone when usually they answer. I’m beyond annoyed at this point is pant over 60.00 with them I JUST WANT MY MONEY !
I asked for a Korean bbq and this what I get. This really insane damn. Tell me you don’t have it so I can change my order not giving me this crap
