I used to love the parmesan wings, have not had them in couple of years. They were tough; neither they nor the fries were anywhere near as good as they used to be, a real disappointment for how Very expensive they are. I do not remember her name. the shorter of the 2 girls, waited on me & deserves commendation -she was extremely helpful, gracious, patient & a complete delight. Not just with me but with those she helped while I awaited my wings.
I have to start by saying we love Wingstop and this location is, for the most part, on point. A little attitude now and then but it’s usually kids and it is what it is. But I have to tell you what happened today. I always order 2 extra ranch so everyone has their own cause it’s the best ranch ever.
So I get home and start taking everything out and I notice something all over the carpet (we all eat in the floor and watch a movie when we get wings or pizza) I lift up the wings and the entire bottom is wet with ranch. I look into the bag and all but 1 ranch has no lid. The one ranch left was so full I can’t believe it was still on. I go look in my van and there’s ranch in the floor. So not only did I have clean my car, and my carpet, I’m the mom so I didn’t even get ranch. When I called to let them know, it was as simple as ok, thanks for letting us know and hung up. Rough night.
If you want your food, fresh and hot, you need to plan to eat in the restaurant. I am not sure if when I went they were understaffed or what. I called and ordered on the phone was told that my order would be ready at 11:35, I sat in the store and waited until 1155. Then they called and said my order was ready. I saw them pick my order up off the shelf that I had seen was sitting there for the last 20 minutes. I paid $22 for nothing but cold food and because they were busy I wasn’t gonna say anything about it. Disappointing to say the least. I also ordered extra ranch which I was charged for. I was not given the extra ranch and the ranch I was given, didn’t have the lid on it all the way, and spilled all over my bag.
we went inside to eat. first time here. was nervous coming bc of the horrible reviews. got the boneless meal deal. all the flavors were correct when i got the order. the meal was hot, and the atmosphere was clean. the cashier was nice. had no problems with customer service. she even removed some of the trash for us, to get it out of our way. honestly some of the bad reviews could have just been because there was an off day or bad staff. which they could have replaced by then or have talked to them about their attitude. didn’t experience bad attitude here today. so hopefully it stays that way for everyone else. as for cold food, i mean if you order it and arrive later, could be why its cold, or if you have to drive a bit from there to your house, its not gonna be hot. may not even be warm. i know when we would drive to chick fil a to our house, its a 10-14 min drive. its not gonna be blazing hot like it came out of the oven. its usually luke warm-warm. like anywhere when you get take out, if you want hot hot food, eat inside.
It’s been a while since I’ve been there but this time wasn’t it. I ordered a to go up there. (Realize it takes me about 5 minutes to get home) all of my food is cold. Fries are soggy. Wings were gross. As if they didn’t cook all the way. 100% will not go back. Waste of money.
Bro come get your wings here. Foods always been good but the staff here is extra boss. Took amazing care of me super fast. Recommended for everyone!!!! Marissa and Bryan are the best!!
Great customer service! And a nice atmosphere inside the restaurant! I've went to multiple Wingstop restaurants but this one was by far the best one!
The girl in the front should probably stay off of her phone when it’s super busy as it has been tonight and people in the back need to be wearing gloves when handling our food!! I watched a girl touch the bowl of fries with her bare hands and that did not sit right with me. Do better!
