Food always comes out different, maybe missing as well. Ordered in person! Through app. Through 3rd party. Never just right. Fries though cannot lie most of the time good.
I live in walking distance to this establishment unfortunately. I’ve been holding out on posting a review because I wanted to see if things would change. They did not. Someone posted that the a/c wasn’t working back in April. Today is June 20th, still not working. Bathrooms been out of order since last year. The white girl that works there gets offended Everytime I complain about. At this point I can’t tell if they’re lying about it or if it’s actually broken. In the middle of the day, a customer should be able to wash there hands and use the bathroom especially if they are spending money. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The passive aggressive customer service is terrible. Don’t eat here. Trust me. I took pictures and one of the teenage managers wanted me to make him famous. He kept asking me why I’m taking pictures. Not to mention, no ice. Wow.
Literally my favorite wingstop ever the food never disappoints. Who ever made these wings today on 12.6.2024, god bless you. The wings and fries were crispy and hot. You sir need to be working at the local 5 star steak house. If you can make wings like that can imagine what you can do with a 10oz filet mignon
Horrible experience on National Wing Day. After i placed an order with Wing stop based on their promotion that i received via email for a free chicken sandwich online the store at sheridan st in hollywood failed to honor the promotion. The coupon code was valid and clearly attached to the receipt of the order mind you. So i speak with the manager allegedly Deandre. Then i get transferred to the wizard of oz no name GM. Got nowhere clearly the whole staff over there is high on la la land and no one cares to appreciate their customers. Well congratulations you lost one in me!
Customer service from Johnathan was exceptional. Nice to see some one who cares. The food was good and on time and the bathroom was clean
When I walked in the cashier girl forgot my name 3 times because she was really intoxicated on a drug and the food wasn't ready despite waiting 30 mins and no line. The wings were absolutely disgusting and a bit hard. All of the wings. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t even eat more than 2 wings and we had a meal with 16 boneless wings and fries. I tried eating the rest this morning and since last night my body refuses to digest it and now I am vomiting the food out. Absolutely disgusting! Food poisoning. So far I have been vomiting for more than 15 minutes. Update: more than 25 mins and I am still vomiting. I flushed the toilet like 3 times already. And threw up more than 10 times so far
Asked for extra wet wings , they were dry. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries , there was none at all. Ordered via phone, my food was ready when I got there BUT I still waited 7 mins for them to give it to me after asking for my name twice and then saying “your order is ready it’s right here” pointing to the food shelf. So obviously my food was cold once revived. The food and service is normally excellent when the lady who states she is the owner is there, otherwise it’s horrible !
The French fries had so much salt or season not even my daughter can get thru eating the fries I ask the lady please to exchange with no season or salt just plain and they gave me the look and gave me the super salty fries again never again coming to this place again.
