Wing Stop was my favorite place for wings until recently and my order last night has broken the camels back!!! I ordered and was charged for all Flats. Out of 20 wings I only received 2 flats!!! I ordered heavy seasonings and chicken was bare!!! None!!! The fries were old and soggy and even the condiments were spilled in the bottom of the bag. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

I’ve been ordering WingStop for YEARS… I get the same thing EVERY single time. I call in to inform the store that my order is incorrect, and immediately I’m told that it is correct. It wasn’t until I challenged the customer service that they offered to make it right. Dinner ruined. And I always leave a tip in the app proactively, that ends today.
Louisiana Rub is supposed to be a DRY rub, not sauced up.
Not to mention I saw something extremely unsanitary when I was waiting. So no thanks on the re-make!
I wanted to give this 2⭐️Wingstop a chance and it’s near my home just because my 10 year old son wanted to have Wingstop for his dinner. I order no problem, when I drive 10 minutes to this location there is 7people waiting for their orders and they was backed up. Only 3 employees, and one of them packing orders. I was told they was 7 orders ahead of me so I was told 20 minutes. I waited 20 in my car with my child when back inside to get my order and waited another 10 minutes inside the location and more people was there and coming in to get their orders. I feel bad bcus the employees but they need to be a little bit more faster, Them 3 ladies work at their own pace! “No rush”. I was so disappointed that I drove 10 minutes and waited around 30 minutes to get my $20 order.

The service is nice when you order. The staff are very friendly and they make everything to order, which is why it takes a bit to make the food. Given that I would expect everything to be hot when I get it. The wings were hot enough but the fries were cold. Also we ordered boneless and recoeved normal wings on the bone.
The sauces are really good. Had the BBQ, Korean, and Garlic Parm, all excellent.
The fries were pretty good too even if they were cold. The corn was not. Overseasoned so it was very salty, and overcooked so it was dry and hard to eat. I don't recommend the corn.
Not a bad wing place but got nothing on Detroit wing company.
Horrible service
The wings are great, great flavors and not dry. The service needs alot of work. I understand they are new and trying to figure things out, but they don't need to be rude. The lady in the kitchen making orders was yelling "he can take his food and get out of here". She said this at least three times. The guy at the counter was sweet and polite. He was just trying to follow what the cranky lady told him, so he wouldn't even greet ppl on the phone. He just picked up the phone and said "can you please order online", and then would hang up on them.
When I placed my order I was told it would be 45 minutes, when you walk into a fast food place, that is not expected. I told the guy I can't wait that long and that I'd like my money back. The lady wouldn't allow that so she moved my order to the top, and it was done in 5 minutes. That was nice, but not fair to everyone else that was waiting.
There is no drive thru and no sit down inside. This is an ordering hole and that's it. No public restrooms inside.
Wingstop is one of my favorite wings and fries but not here. I’m not crazy about wings in this location. After we’ve been waiting for 15 minites but we got the cold wings the fries were soggy and cold too. The staff are friendly.
Never tried Wingstop so I stopped in today (Saturday) at noon and ordered 10 wings/2 flavors to try it out (I should say there were no other customers inside when I arrived). Couldn’t sit down because they never took the floor mats off the bench inside. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Not one word said to apologize for the wait.

Needless to say that will be my last visit to Wingstop
I popped in during the week because a friend told me to try the new flavors they had so I was near this location. BIG MISTAKE! I WAS IN THE LOBBY FOR 30 MINUTES TO ORDER WITH SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD GOT COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THEY'RE ORDERS WERE TAKING TO LONG. The staff had no clue who order was who's. The staff was arguing and playing around while cooking our food. When I asked can I get a refund and cancel the order the manager I guess said she would include a free 10 piece all flats. I said fine, how much longer she said 8 minutes. I waited in my truck another 15 minutes a total of 45 minutes and my food still wasn't done. Overall all my experience was awful. I will never go back they honestly need to close and start over. The food is not worth the hassle or the terrible customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALL THIS BAD FOOD ANYWAY
