Can the Wingstop employees put the trash in actual dumpster. It’s a nightmare going back there and hopping all over yall trash to throw away my trash. It’s not hard just to lift up the lid and put your trash in it. Y’all do this all the time.

Among walking in I was atomically greeted by cashiers and all three Mangers( Artrail Adrian and Victor) working today! I observed the team attentive and fast meeting guest needs. The location was clean for dine- in, back of house was clean and Mangers were coaching on food safety! Love this! My order was met by my quoted time! Food quality was Great, Fresh, and Hot! Seasoned Just Right! Thank you for your wonderful guest service!
Wow this store sucks. Do yourself a favor and go the fry road location. I love the hot honey rub and I don’t know what junk I got at this location. Burned fries and flat coke. 20/10 not worth it
I didn’t want to leave a review but this is an ongoing issue that needs attention. I have ordered online multiple times with clear instructions on how the food should be prepared. I have been disappointed EVERY TIME. I decided to go inside and tell them in person exactly what should be done, I thought maybe they would get it right this. This time was worse than before. I made sure to repeat it 4 times to them. 4 times while inside the store!!!!! My coworker had the 8 plain and 8 bbq, she couldn’t get passed the first wing because it was undercooked, raw. Money wasted and our break from work wasted. We only get 30 minutes. Just imagine having your mouth set on some wings just for it to turn out to be a big disappointment. I hope this reaches whoever it needs to so that some things can change in the store, cause NO ONE is reading the instructions no way on how to prepare the food properly!!!!
I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up at the time I was instructed that it would be ready and when I arrived they haven't even started on it. They told me to come back in 15 minutes. So I did and when I walked in I spoke to a lady who was really frustrated becaue she just waited 20 minutes and wasnt even able to place an order. I saw several people walk out because of how frustrated they were. This place is very unorganized and not managed correctly. People standing around just waiting on their order and trying to place it. Everyone I spoke to said they were about 45 to 60 minutes behind
I ordered extra extra crispy and that didn’t happen. A simple request. Why can’t I get such a simple request? Prior to receiving food, as I stood there in watch… no one was abiding by health code. Not one hairnet or beard guard. 2 guys had hair flowing everywhere, one who looked like a mop or cousin IT and another with braids flailing about (wasn’t able to get a picture). Almost all workers had long hair. Not one person in the kitchen abiding to health code. Very disturbing and gross to see. I’d hope moving location may increase quality of food and staff, however, that is not the case. I do not recommend this restaurant nor will I order from here again. On a positive note…Inside looked fine, relatively clean. Quality of food…subpar. I’d rather order wings from the Local Bar. Much better quality, flavor and they make them exactly how you order them.
This has been the most horrible service at this location. Placed on hold for about 30 minutes with about 6 calls back to back and kept getting hung up on after I said I needed to cancel my order. Was told to hold but call was never on hold and heard people cursing and singing loud rap music. My door dasher also called me and confirmed that people there were being extremely rude to her and she just left. Before leaving she was told it would be another 45 minutes. I placed my order at 7:30 and it’s been 2 hours and still having issues canceling my order! DONT ORDER FROM HERE
The young man with the tattoos on his face is a man among men. He went out of his way to make sure the fries were cooked just right after I mentioned that in my previous experience the fries are usually unpleasantly soggy. But not only that, I can tell he went out of his way to make the best damn wings, fries, and carrot sticks. I mean it's simple, bur still there is a right way and a wring way to make this stuff. I can tell he absolutely did things the best right way that it can be done. its like when someone takes pride in their work, they do their absolute best. And this young man did that today.
