Called to get a specific detail on my order, female answered and when telling her if they could poke four holes on the plastic trays so the food wouldn’t get soggy she said “four holes” with a attitude, I said “yeah, so the food doesn’t get soggy” , she hangs up and didn’t answer after trying to re call 2 other times. I know it’s an odd thing to ask, but they didn’t have to hang up on me making me feel even more weird on asking .
I was on the way back from Wilson which was about 30 min drive, ordered my food online and when I got there, they hadn’t even started on it. It took another 25 mins then when I finally get home, my chicken sandwich has no top bun! The fries were not even cut. It felt like I was eating half a potato.. never again
The Sisters they got working there are phenomenal! Every time I carry out i’m greeted when i walk in, my order is always on point and babe the food is top tier!!!! Goldsboro Wingstop is tea ????

Today I got a CC charge from this place, I’ve never been there and haven’t been near Goldsboro in a couple years. They should verify the card before the accept it. Shows me they either don’t care or they are ignorant
The counter people were knowledgeable and offered good advice on the spicyness of the different flavors. It was very good and nice and fresh and crunchy. We will definitely be back.
The staff was frustrated, and short with everyone. My food was cooked and served really fast but so very greasy.
I said twice I wanted veggie sticks when I looked at my receipt it said fries. Went up to correct it before they made my order as to not waste their time or food...."Well if you would have told me that". "Ma'am I told you twice". Then proceed to tell me no you didn't, when my 10 year old son right there and said yes she did. Smh she was rude to everyone walked in that door told other employees not to pick up the phone. There was trash all over the tables. Couldn't find call in orders. I know businesses get busy but it's a Saturday afternoon. Maybe schedule for that? There was a lady helping in the kitchen with her hat on backwards, she was absolutely great... If you are short staffed atleast don't be rude to the customers. Might just catch the wrong one one day. Go to east coast wings instead better service every time.
