I frequently order boneless chicken from this location and this is the second time it wasn’t cooked all the way through. I bit into the first and then cut into the rest and am so disappointed in the store manager asking that we drive back to return the food for the error to be rectified. The poor customer service is the reason we’ll never revisit this location and are leaving this review.
Asked for well done wings and they werent, asked for extra sauce on original hot and they wanted to charge extra when the wings were really dry.
The fries have no seasoning,
The lemon pepper ones had about 2 grains on pepper on each wings, the most bland wings I’ve ever had from any place .
This place went down hill, customer service is terrible
Melizza was Amazing very nice and professional! Definitely pay her more cause she’s the only reason for this 5 star review! Melizza keep that great energy it makes a difference.
I love Wingstop but, Make sure to review your orders before you leave the establishment. Got home and my order wasn’t what I ordered. And not even a “sorry for the confusion” it was just a “give it a few minutes”
If you’re thinking about going to this restaurant, do not go they have the worst customer service the worst food ever they mess up on your orders and don’t want to fix it. Managers are snotty. Connie is the only sane one in there . I had my order remade and it still wasn’t correct greasy dry thrown together .
In my professional opinion, this Wingstop location stands out as one of the finest in the DFW area. The staff member who typically works at the front desk, whose name I do not know, consistently demonstrates exceptional helpfulness and courtesy. My sole recommendation for improvement would be to address the issue of overcrowding, as it serves as an indicator of the establishment's popularity. The wings are consistently prepared to perfection. I express my gratitude.
If the cashier is going to deal with money, they should wash or sanitize their hands before dealing with the food. I know she was only being helpful but it’s very unsanitary
Horrible wings at this location, I would recommend to stay away from here for a while till something gets done with staff or management. Not sure what's the issue but the wings I bought yesterday were unacceptable. I got 3 flavors original,Cajun,and mango habanero(picture). All 3 were extremely dry not to mention, very little to no seasoning. None of the wings tasted like their respective flavor, I might as well have ordered plain wings at that point. Not to mention the fries, I ordered a set of large fries and the portion I got could only be described as a kids portion.
