This was my first time ordering food for this franchise, I must say I was rather disappointed.
The boneless wings were just okay the BBQ sauce wasn't to my liking, the Korean BBQ was tasty, but overall I didn't enjoy the boneless wings.
The fries were made fresh to order but the fries just had a very plain flavor to them not much to my liking as they weren't crispy or flavorful.
The Ranch sauce was also pretty terrible, it had a very strong salty taste to it.
Overall I don't see myself returning to any restaurants of this franchise, the food was just mediocre for the price.
Worst location to get wings. It’s always something with this location. Something is always missing or wrong with order. It’s like they sell sauce separately or something. Yes they try to make it right with giving you credit but if y’all can’t get it right the 1st time what makes me think yall can get it right a 2nd. I wish another location would be able to deliver but that’s the one DD gets.
Managers and employees are very disrespectful to every customer that comes through. Food took 45 minutes and all I got was a sandwhich lunch combo. Atmosphere and food are outstanding except for the person running the place

Edit: Ordered here today. Never ordering from this location again. They never give me my correct order. It's like it's on purpose at this point.
I order here a lot because it's the closest location I can doordash from but every single time I order there's either the wrong amount of wings or no seasoning on the fries. ???? My fries are seasonless despite putting "extra seasoning" and my wings were barely tossed.
They do not prioritize who ordered first. They gave out smaller orders to accommodate them and had me waiting. Even though I ordered online and waited more than 45 minutes. Seeing people order in front of me and get theirs before my own. Manager loves to talk though.
Absolute worst Wingstop in the RGV. Employees were really nice, food was good, and place was clean. But the General Manager is horrible. I went with a group of friends to do a bible study nearby. We then decided to spend our Friday night there at wingstop to eat. We asked the employee if we could put on the fight of Jake Paul and Mike Tyson on the tv in the very back corner. Also keep in mind it was 10pm and the wingstop was near empty, nothing was playing on that specific tv it was just stuck on the Roku home screen, and the fight was free on Netflix. The employees were excited because I assume they wanted to watch it as well, they went to go ask their GM and said they couldn't put it on because they only have HULU, I told them I didn't mind signing in with my Netflix account for the fight and then signing out, they asked the GM again and said the GM just flat out said NO. I asked why, we ordered over $100 worth of food, which took 1 hour and 30 minutes by the way, also they apparently "ran out of fries" so instead of a refund they gave us a brownie to replace each fry side, anyways they still said no. Not sure why we couldn't put the fight? I mean isn't wingstop a wings and sports place? Plus maybe the fight would've filled the place up. No wonder this wingstop is so low rated. GM sucks, wingstop needs to replace them or something. Also as it started to fill up around 11ish more and more people were complaining for missing fries in orders and orders taking over 2 hours long. 1 star dont recommend at all.
Employees were attentive and courteous. Best Wingstop experience ????
