Man, where to start with this place? Any time I go to a restaurant like this and everything is below average and there is a glaring lack of attention to detail, I just have to wonder; where are the owners? Where is management? Where is the oversight!? This place, like so many other fast food joints, appears to just not care. There was nothing good about this Wingstop. It wasn’t very clean. The service was slow. The wings were insanely salty. The fries were overcooked, yet soggy. The music in the dining area was too loud. The TV is on some weird sports betting channel and still has its protective plastic wrapping on it. The soda machine spews soda all over. The whole experience was just disappointing in every way. I recommend skipping this location and if Wingstop can’t provide better oversight, I’ll be skipping this franchise permanently.

The employees at this location are rude. You walk in , they do not greet you , then they make you wait a couple of minutes for them to assist you while they sit around & talk. They have no sense of urgency or even care about what the next person may have to do . I ordered my food in advance & paid in advance , I literally had to go in & pick it up , I was the only BLACK person standing at the counter & there was no one at the register but 4 or 5 employees huddle in the kitchen. You guys should really get better with your customer service. Last time I visit this location
Food is great, have fried diff types of the wings, Korean bbq is my fav. Fries taste good but a little over cooked.
Their service however is not the best.
Yesterday I went shopping and ordered 3 servings of French fries and they had too much salt. The food was for takeout and when I was on the way I realized that the fries couldn't be eaten because of the excess of Salt, I had to throw them away in the trash. This comment is a morning experience that employees have to do a better job.
DON’T EAT HERE. This was by far the worst fast food experience ever. The employees were BEYOND RUDE specifically the junior manager Lizz Cruz, really ruined the whole experience. The workers seriously need to fix their nasty attitudes not to mention the food was below mediocre. After being unacceptably rude the workers were joking and laughing with eachother making remarks obviously directed towards us in a foreign language. It was truly the worst customer service experience ever, literally like nothing I’ve seen before. The food was trash too so no reason to go to this location ever.
Amazing food the prepared it in a timely manner and good customer service nothing to complain about
If I could give negative stars, I would. I found hair in my food! I got a refund. I asked the manager for “Liza” if she was trying to poison me. She gave me a refund.
