I definately had to rate this wingstop. Wings were dry. Had waited almost 30 minutes to get dry wings. Ordered original hot and they usually come covered in sauce. Pictures will speak for themselves. I requested a little extra sauce to mix with the wings and the employee sent me to the register to pay first for a little extra sauce for my dry wings. Check the plate(picture) barely has any sauce. Cooks might need to be re trained or just dont care. If you come here please check your wings and make sure they are not dry. If they are then request the sauce before you take your food. Other than that all is good.
We were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Ok. They NEVER called our name. They did not bother to come find us in their small restaurant. Instead they bagged up our order. After it had sat there for 10+ minutes, they decided to see what we had ordered. The food was good, the service was terrible.
Highly disappointed. I used to eat here like 3 times a week but last time I went there was a hair in my chicken. I had them make me more and lo and behold, another hair cooked into the chicken. They refunded me but didn’t even apologize the first time like it was something normal for them?? It makes me so incredibly nauseated and I will not be returning. Horrible experience.
In a world of drums, I'll be flats. Always hot and the fries were good. Blue cheese had alot of cheese crumbles.
John was super helpful and patient with our order. He has amazing customer service. Well done John definitely coming back!
The food was great and not a long wait time.
These are not the fries that I expected to receive at all! I’ve eaten at plenty of other Wingstop and never had I received fries like this. Picture speaks for itself!
