Of all the take out places I have been to, this place has surprised me consistently by how bad they are year after year. An order of 10 wings took them 40 mins. I experiment with them every year once and that keeps me away from this location for another year. The staff taking orders are mostly chill and hanging out. The folks in the back just go about in a slow motion pace - because who cares right?
I knew better not to go to this wingstop as previously we had ordered and the wings were trash!!! Last night we ordered giving them another chance and this time the wings were WORST than the last time. Those wings were not fresh and tasted so different. Not sure if they gave us old wings cause you could see through the sauce that it had black spots and the taste was DISGUSTING!!! NO STARS FOR THIS ONE! Do not eat here!
This is a very busy location. I know to give myself time on pick up orders. The staff is always courteous and communicative. My favorite order is classic Lemmon Pepper with a side of Mango Habanero, fries and sweet tea. They’ve never disappointed me with the quality of the crispness. A+
I placed an order as I was driving from Lewisville to Garland the young lady that took my order quoted me 20 minutes as I get to the store it's been about 22 minutes I pay for my order and they tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes now I don't have 15 minutes I had to be at work in 5 minutes so I canceled the order and ask for my payment to be reimbursed they had to call someone from the back to do the transaction with an attitude he said we can put it back on your card but it will take 2 weeks by the time he finished I'm already late for work and then he stated he has to keep the receipt because he has to turn it in to corporate by this time it's like ok I have to go.
Well it's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my reimbursement I'm so disappointed because I been there so many times because it's so convenient I work 5 minutes away but I will not use this store ever again. This store has no ethical but its to expect all they have is kids working there and apparently with no morals. I will just sow my money to a multi million corporation but will never set foot there may my little less than $20 seed make you richer after all it's all about money never about the customer.
Everything was great, food was amazing. Customer service was awesome. Never had a doubt in what came out. Giselle at the cash register was awesome, repeated my order and made sure it was correct and fresh. Would come back again!
I was in the area and my family was craving wings and I am so glad we stopped at this location. The cleanliness of this restaurant was great. I dealt with a young lady name Giselle and she was very patient with me as I figured out what we all wanted. She was patient and kind and did not make me feel rushed. The food was also great usually wingstop locations are a hit or miss and this one was a hit for sure. Thank you.
I ordered a 6 piece bone-in, sweet bbq blaze and it was well below my expectations. Less than sub-par. I live 0.7 miles away so how is my food still not hot when I get home? Their fountain drinks are terrible and so is their sweet tea that wasn’t sweet at all. Zero sugar was added; there’s basically two options for unsweetened tea!!! I tried DrPepper before that and it was flat. I’m an avid DrPepper drinker so I know exactly how it should taste and that wasn’t it at all. My experience was not great. My daughter ate here 2 weeks ago, I tasted some of her food and was under-impressed then but gave them another chance. I would’ve been better off eating a ham sandwich at home. Seriously.
This location is always so busy, even if you order ahead of time you still have to wait extra time.
