A bit disappointed. This is the second time I order from Wingstop and the wings seem to be hard and old. It taste like it’s been re-cooked with less barbecue and no chicken. Then to top it off they forgot my fries. It tasted disgusting I had to spit it out. Not ordering from here anymore.
I used the Wingstop app to order for dinner and walked in a couple of minutes before it was due. They were no sit-down patrons and 2 other customers waiting.
My order was ready on-time. Got home and the meal we good, even the prices were good.
Ordered 4 sauces as a part of my order, received 0. How do you pack an order with 0 sauces and not think to double check if that's right, particularly when packing orders of the 20 boneless wing deal? Also got two large fries and one of them was fine but the second one was not a large portion.
I love the food, but the service is sooo bad. I just ordered a pick up order around 11:40 on 8/18 and cashier was dismissive. Took forever to acknowledge me. Food wasn't quite ready at first, which was fine. I see them slide a bag for pick up. I am unsure if it is mine, so I sit and wait. Seven minutes later the same dismissive cashier finally checks the bag and hands it to me. No thank you, no have a nice day, no oops for having me sit there for seven minutes. And sadly this is the third time something like this happened to me.
Had a great experience at wing stop in Cutler bay today. I was helped by Rene and the staff who immediately greated me upon entering the store and took down my order. It was less that 5 min after ordering I was again approached with a friendly face and attitude handing me the food I had just ordered. Big difference in attitude and service the last time I was here a couple months ago. Way to change for the positive.
Lashay Harris and Teatial Brown, excellent service, great wings woww ????. The place was clean, and their knowledge and service were the best. As a recommendation to the store PLEASE ADD a Tip system for the purchase you guys deserved it. Thank you for keeping great people to work here and the best team work. For sure I will come here again. I had a blast with my family. Thanks to the employees to be there for us. ????
Not a long wait , great service , great atmosphere, food was fresh , i ordered the bundle , everything was amazing !
The service was incredible. Rene was helping me with my order and did an amazing job. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Deserves a major raise. More people should be like him.
