Wings were very good. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was helpful and kind. Would definitely go back again.
Ordered online - pickup said 10 minutes. I got there is 12 minutes. Gave the cashier my name and was told "they're working on it and I marked that you're here. They will call your name when it is ready" I waited 45 minutes and watched people that came in and ordered at the cash register AFTER me get served BEFORE me. So I asked the cashier when my order would be ready and she grabbed a bag that was sitting at the window the entire time I was waiting there. The food was ice cold. Absolutely terrible service and they crack under pressure of multiple orders.
Good food! Love their hot honey sauce on boneless wings and that they have normal sized carrots that are sliced instead of baby carrots. Better flavor. Michael was helpful and informative about an extended wait time because of a large order that had just came in.
Dined in for wings. 40 pc group pack. The wings were big and crispy. Loved the Spicy Korean Q, and Mango Habanero sauces. Even the celery and ranch were notably good. Very creamy ranch in large cups, and cold crisp celery. I felt like all the servings we had were large, when I typically expect wing chains to have skimpy wings and small sides (B-Dubs). Coke freestyle machine here too. The only downside is the dine in area is kinda small and it was a bit dirty, so was the bathroom. They were also busy and it's more of a takeout joint, so I'm kinda neutral about weather this really even bothered me. Food made up for everything, totally bangin, will visit again.
Every time i enter the establishment and i see Anjelique working, i know i’m going to get not only quality service but quality food. She is very sweet, kind, thorough and professional. If she was the top dog running the place, all the bad reviews would vanish. oh and the cajun corn? seasoned to such perfection it honestly brings tears to my eyes.
Food was cooked perfectly and very delicious, seasoning wasn’t too heavy and ranch was perfect. Anjelique was very nice and professional when taking our order and and made sure we were taken care off from everything to recommendations to trash.
Have visited many Wingstop's in many states. This location is by far the worst. As you enter you will find it filthy. The employees did what they could, but we waited over 90 minutes for a dine in order. When asked when we could expect our order, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. As we waited a lovely (sarcasm ) door dash driver bragged how her orders are always moved up, first in line, as she used foul language, that bordered racial slurs.
Needless to say we never got our order, we asked for a refund and were told a District Manager would need to initiate and it would take 5-7 days, that was April 19th, now July 1 we still have not received a refund or even a call back. By far the worst Wingstop location, and THE worst dining experience in my 45 years.
Update: 5 months later and still no refund, even after being assured by the owner it was "in the mail". Don't waste your time with this place. Believe me.
Very nice people and very warm welcome food is up to complete standard. And great and honest service wait time will be back 10/10 recommend.
