Food was great, unfortunately it took over half an hour for my food. Meanwhile people who placed orders in store but came in after me, got their food first. I'm not kidding when I say there was like almost 20 people working. Small place and soooo many workers. Most of whom just stood around and chatted. I understand it takes time, I ordered 3 meals and after like 20 minutes I was getting annoyed. I didn't want to pressure them too hard but the time and the people who came in after getting their food first was frustrating enough. There was pressure to do the survey, which I did do. The 2 staff that were at the front, a lady and a gentleman were both friendly and polite. They got a little distracted with personal conversations, but I'd rather that than people be mean and rude. A friendly atmosphere is definitely a highlight of this location. But be prepared for possible long waits. Not sure how kitchen prioritizes orders but they did seem to get a lot of door dash.
So maybe order through that so you don't wait forever like we did.
Extremely rude when I was trying to give you guys a good rating it said take a survey and get free fries I was going to make a purchase and as I was trying to she snatched a receipt from me not being able to receive the free fries but okay I guess this is what you call good customer service never again I wouldn't even recommend ordering from this location no one was wearing gloves behind the counter while they were touching each other and touching your food and putting it in the bag nobody seemed to wash their hands the whole 20 minutes I watched
Although the staff was friendly, the length of time it took to get the food was totally unacceptable. I was there 45 min waiting on 10 wings and fries. There were 6 people in the kitchen but only 2 people actually doing anything. I love wingstop but I will not be going to the Huber Heights location again!!
First time visitor and I was pleased with my food. I live about 15 minutes away so the fries were not warm but I reheated them and they were ok. I was told to try the fries but there wasn't much of their "special seasoning" on them for me to rate very high. And, they serve them in a paper-lined boat with no covering to keep them hot. I wonder who thought THIS is a good idea? The boneless chicken with original hot sauce was good. I think I would return in the future and try other food options. My only real negative is that EVERYTHING is served in a HUGE paper bag, even if you only order a boat of fries....????
WORSE wingstop EVER! I ordered for online delivery so I can’t speak about the the customer service, but the WINGS?? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Never have I EVER imagined wingstop would ever come to this! Who ever is in the kitchen on THIS NIGHT 1-21-23 @ 8:00pm should resign at their EARLIEST convenience! The wings were VERY UNDERCOOKED! PINK on the inside and rubbery skin! Smdh the crate was filled with water or oil so the lemon pepper sauce was liquidy thus the wings tasting unflavored! I’m highly upset to the point I wouldn’t even give them a second try nor would I recommend!
nobody in there does their job. Stood and waited for my order for 20 mins while they danced around and listened to music… very ghetto and unprofessional, was very racist and rude towards a man in there while i was waiting. Food was cold and tasted like microwaved chicken.
The two young ladies that work there at the register were very friendly... The food was OK... To me it tastes like any other boneless overpriced wing and the BBQ sauce set my mouth on fire so won't be trying that one ever again but the Hawaiian sauce was very delicious!!
I called because their website was having issues processing payments online. I tried to call ahead to order since online wasn't working and because I lived far away from the location. The girl that picked up the phone claimed you can't place orders on the phone. She stated "it's not that busy so it will be fast"........it was not fast.
If you call, the automated voice stated press 1 to place an order. In the store they have signs saying they take phone call orders.
So either you guys need to update your stuff, or your associates lie.
Very frustrating experience.
