Went to pickup my order which said would only take 13-18 minutes and ended up waiting for an hour. The store wasn't busy and the employees in the back were just standing around not working. After I asked how much longer the girl in front went and told them and that's when they began working on my order. I saw my order made from start to finish, this was ridiculous! This will be the last time I order from this location. This was Oct 30 at around 7ish for reference.
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they look like someone added “special sauce” if you know what I mean all over them. They even had a funny smell. I am very disgusted highly don’t recommend and this is my third time I gave this location the benefit of a bad day the last two times but they been consistently disgusting!
Literally spend 75$ on my order for all of my large 3 fries to come out half cooked they’re are hard from the inside , no type of seasoning at all what is this ?? A waste a money
Was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a wingstop or any restaurant for that matter. They’re too busy and don’t have enough staff to get the job done. It’s not entirely their fault, ownership should really look to either pay more or hire more people or both. Staff was doing all they could to calm the folks waiting for their orders. Wings are always good here, but just too long of a wait even if you order online.
Door dash and all order times are way off. Placed my order 1.5 hours in advance, showed up to pick up. Waited another hour in person and never got my order. Always got the same response when I’d ask where I was in the queue “10 mins, you’re the next ticket.” The next ticket never came. I stayed basically until close, and ended up asking for a refund instead.
I wish that you'll could taste the food you send out to your customers why would you over cook the chicken bites and chicken tenders and half cook the bone in wings another thing is you'll don't put enough seasoning on the meat this is why we purchased the wings and tenders etc because of the flavor of the chicken when I bit into my fries I was very disappointed they gave me some steak fries when did you all start selling steak fries that look like burnt wedges which was raw they added the seasoning on top like they was cooked properly the nerves of the cooks that work here please hire older cooks please.
This is supposed to be hot honey. Apparently, they poured the hot honey sauce on raw chicken. The skin felt like the chicken was still clucking. It had the texture of being boiled. This place needs to be shut down. It was supposed to be a dry rub anyway. I wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. It's a 3.0 here, but on Uber yesterday it was a 4.3 with 169 reviews, today it's a 4.1 with 154 reviews. Someone is lying somewhere. What you're not going to do is play with my health safety nor my money.
Picked up 2 combos, both did not have one fry. All they gave us was cold, burnt pieces of left over fries that should have been thrown away.
This place needs to close IMMEDIATELY. This location is unprofessionalism is something I’ve never seen before. I placed an order online and one hour later came to the location and they told me 30 more minutes four times. They did not apologize at all. They were rude. On the phone and blasting vulgur music and signing it over the food. I’m so disgusted and disappointed that I even decided to spend my money at this ghetto location. There were soo many customers being sent back and forth between the additional 2 hours we waited without apology or even them acknowledging their setback or inconvenience. The kids were also subject to listen to their music about sex, drugs, and cursing. This is not ok!
