I was very disappointed with the lack of freshness of my food, given I had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the time the confirmation noted it would be ready. There was no apology or acknowledgment that they did not honor the original time, even though he saw me sitting there waiting inside the store. Also I requested the wings to be well done and they were soft. The wings were also freezer burned (see picture), I was hoping they wouldn’t taste freezer burned but they absolutely did. The sweet tea tasted like they haven’t cleaned the canister since they opened the restaurant and they didn’t even have trash bins inside the store, so people left their trash on the same counter where they pass out people’s food. The service was not welcoming and it seems like they’re used to taking customers for granted. There are so many other wing stop locations that I would strongly recommend not patronizing this location, as this experience seems like the norm. Wing stop charges too much to offer this type of experience at any location.
They don't gonna start your order until you show up at the store and pay. Not matter if they told you over the phone what your order will be ready on 15 minutes. People place orders over the phone to avoid the wait. If the guy let me know my order is not ready and I have to wait another 15 minutes before he grab my money I'm sure I just walk out of the store.

The tables were dirty , we found a clean table that we sat at and waited for our order.
Soon as we get it we sat down & was getting ready to eat our food , the cashier on 8/28 on the night shift said the lobby was closed it closed at 10pm but why not say anything to use before . Also we got charged extra for no reason the cashier said they don’t have any sides a hour before they closed but we still had to order the combo .
I just don’t like when people lie.

This location is hit or miss, and today, it was a miss. Frying chicken is a skill. Frying fast and hard does not result in properly cooked chicken. If the skin still looks transparent, it's not cooked right. If you have to rip the chicken from the bone, it's undercooked and fried fast. The meat should be juicy and tender. This order was disappointing today
My favorite Wingstop in all of Chicago, I have to admit I was not a big fan of wings but when I came here, it totally made me change my mind. The employees here are always smiling, the food is always hot especially the fries. A lot of Places don’t give hot fries they get cold by the time you get them but here they’re always hot and crispy. And I will be coming over and over again.
Waited for my pick up order for over 40 minutes. Asked the guy if it was ready, he said not yet. Waited some more, realizing they were busy, I was patient. But after some time asked again, only to be told it wasn't. After a while, told em it had been way too long and the bag was there the whole time. Cold wings and a huge waste of time. As a pregnant person- nothing like a good craving of BONELESS chicken from wing stop to satisfy the cravings but came to find out that coming I here I wouldn’t get that. :( I had asked for the 20 piece $16.99 special (as posted by the window) and was told no. I had to do the 15 piece combo for $24– and on top of that, she ignored my request of boneless and left in bone in. I felt super disappointed and frustrated, as a hi get pregnant lady can be. Also cashier was called out a few times as she would go talk or be on her phone instead of helping the front during a rush. Idk but that makes it look bad ????↔️. Aside from that, ladies In the back prepping the food did awesome. Super yummy.
I came in last night, being a Friday, at 12:15 am I was told no food could be made and that they were closed even though they are supposed to stay open until 1 am. I am sure they just wanted to close early but I drove far out because it was the only thing “open” …. The man was very rude too
