Visited this location for the first time today at lunch. They were relatively busy with a few tables waiting for their order and had a steady flow of delivery drivers that came in to pick up orders while we waited for our order. The young man that took our order was pleasant and friendly. We spent about $40 on two bone-in combo meals, which seemed higher than I remember but prices have been going up everywhere. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which felt like a long time, but the standard wait for an online order is 16-20 minutes. Knowing that and that it was lunch time, the wait really wasn’t too bad, we were just really hungry. They have one of those coke machines where you have like 10,000 options, which is nice lol Our wings were just as we ordered!! Original hot, garlic parmesan, hot honey rub, and cajun rub. The fries were a bit over cooked even for extra crispy, but overall the meal came out as ordered. The chicken was cooked to a desirable done mess and they were tossed in sauce and rub as we expected. As we’ll be spending more time in the area, we’ll definitely be back!
Did a pickup order for the first time. We did the 20 boneless wing deal that have going on right now several of the wings are a good size, several are chicken nugget size then several are just bits of fried breading the size of a quarter. We ordered Louisiana voodoo fries and it clearly showed on the receipt what flavoring and my husband had to spell it out so we could get what we paid for. There is very little flavor on the wings themselves most of it is on the bottom of the container. We will not be back. See picture for a “boneless wing”…
Worst experience of my life. I placed an order online for pick up around 10:30pm. We had just gotten home from a soccer game and we were craving wings so thought Wingstop. I placed a $95 order and when we picked it up and brought it home we were so disappointed. Livid. We had wings that were not even seasoned. They were DRY AND PLAIN. We did not have any hot honey rub, or lemon pepper wings. Our tenders WERE NOT EVEN TOSSED. They had the sauce just poured on top, they weren’t even fully covered. Our fries were not extra crispy and the seasoning was just added on top very clearly not tossed. We got a bunch of balls of breading. It all looked terrible. I understand that they close at 11 but definitely not a reason to produce this time of quality food. Never again. We have written a complaint and hope some type of compensation because it was $95 for a whole family and it was soooo disappointing.
They are horrible, I ordered 3 meals they took forever to come out with my food, 1 of my wing orders were wrong gave me bone when I ordered boneless,Everyone up there looked slow like they were all on some type of drug. I ask to speak to a manager they refuse to let me speak to a manager and don’t get me wrong the food is great but it’s hard to mess up food u just fry. The service sucked, when I told them they messed up my order it took about an hour for them to remake it right and they didn’t even start making it until I walked up there and stood there just standing there no one came and talked to me they all stood in the back. I will never go back and I suggest y’all don’t as well the place was dirty trash was everywhere tables were not cleaned and I swear they were all high up there. Come on y’all it’s your job do right or quit and the manager or owner needs to do better stop hiring just anyone your place is going to crap. I shouldn’t even give a 1 star it’s a pos like I said will never go back.
Went to have a late dine in and must I say it was absolutely revolting. Trash and left over food from hours prior left all over the store. Tables, chairs, floor and counters. As a customer, I was embarrassed for them. the FDA would not approve. Very gross, very not demure, very not mindful… do better.
The size of the boneless wings should be a crime. Tastes great but with wings that small what’s the point.
We placed our order via phone and upon delivery we realized the order we received was not our order. We had upgrades (all flats) and got boneless in different sauces. The first response was that the DoorDash driver must have gotten it wrong. I explained that our name was on the WingStop Bag. Upon calling I stated my issues and was placed on a 10 minute hold. After addressing my concerns I was told that I could either return the entire order, uneaten, or get a credit that would need to be redeemed within 2 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that the manager (a female) did not speak English and would only offer a credit for the food we purchased. The gentleman I spoke with said that they have been having several issues and would talk about them this week during their meeting. Do NOT recommend for delivery.
The food was good. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Most of the employees glanced at me then went on with what they were doing. Took a minute for someone to say they would be with me in just a moment.
