Best WLM Reviews
I was not please. I got a DoorDash from the store yesterday paying 29 dollars and it was not worth it I want my money back because I didn’t even eat the food and all I can get is a 3 dollar refund. I am not satisfied at all. I couldn’t eat my fries because they were too hard. I ordered my food at 11:18 it didn’t arrive until 12:30am (I went to sleep waiting on my food to arrive) a whole hour because I was behind a 400 wing order. However I’m not satisfied and I want my money back
Don't even bother ordering online because when you get there, you still are going to wait another 25 min ,I ordered a family meal 30 pieces,3 flavors, the cajun and original flavors are very dry.
Horrible! Why promote a deal when all you are going to give me is crumbs?! I am mad because I spend $25 for crumbs. I will report this store.
I order Hawaiian tenders, this is what I got! Johnathan, the manager basically refused to make things right. But by the reviews it seems like that don’t sauce anyone’s order!!! Geesh
Attitudes and Bonnets! This location is a HOT MESS! I mean you know, you’ll get good food MOST OF THE TIMES, but you need to make sure you’re there early AND check your order before you leave!!! Lines will be long going more into the later hours. I guess that’s to be expected, being that the joint is one of the more smaller establishments. But to be perfectly clear, I live close to this place and have been in Lancaster 14 years… I’ve only ordered there 3 to 4 times… If you catch me up in this place, I must REALLY want some wings or my peeps is too tired to make them. She makes a mean basket of wings! That’s honestly why I haven’t really ordered from this place. I still sometimes just buy their Ranch Dressing, goes even better with home made wings! The BONELESS WINGS are a rip off because you MIGHT get bunch of cracklings with no chicken, just crust! Look at my pics!
Don't even bother ordering online because when you there, you still are going to wait another 25 minutes. Then, after standing there for 10 minutes, I inquired about my order to be told "We're waiting on your fries". We'll that was a lie. Checked my order for 2eight piece combos and only 1 fry was in the bag AND they were not hot. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER WINGSTOP!!! I should've went with my 1st mind and did that, but after a long day, I figured I'd give them another chance since they are in my neighborhood.
Everything terrible about this wingstop. This the last wingstop in the world I’ll order from.
My spouse order a two 10 piece wings only from wingstop in Lancaster, Texas on 11/25/2023. As you can see, I had already eaten 3 of my wings but when I reached to pick up another piece of chicken, I saw this unidentified object connected to my piece of wing. If you look close enough, you can see that the object was melted and fried in with the chicken. Please be careful if you decide to eat from this place. I’m still trying to reach a manager to discuss this object that was found fried and connected to my chicken!! I will never eat from this location again! This is VERY UNHEALTHY & UNPROFESSIONAL
