I am only rating it 3 stars due to bad customer service. I understand they were busy but the person at the front counter told me they didn’t have fries. After I ordered the front guy turned to his coworker and she asked if I wanted fries, to which he said you can put them in if you want but she won’t eat them. Which is false. Then I asked if they did have fries (after seeing people cooking them) and he said it’s for online only. I think that is unfair but that’s just my opinion. I don’t know just a bummer. Plus, I got charged full price for a combo with no fries. He did give me the veggie pieces but I specifically said I didn’t want that as a side.
On another note, I tried to order online before I got there and the option was not available.
I stopped by tonight on a very busy Friday night, Liam was the gentleman who helped me out and he did an amazing job. They were a little late on my order, but Leah assured me that he would be on top of it and let the cooks know that I was here And that he would keep an eye out for my order and call my name as soon as it came and he did exactly that great customer service from this Location, especially Liam!
Every time I order from here I ask for extra crispy/ extra cook time and the fries are limp and the chicken is cooked just long enough. I can’t imagine how they’re cooked without the extra cook time. The boneless wings are tiny. Chicken sandwich tastes old. I’ve been here many times and keep trying to give them a chance. :(

was wonderful but we watched her be verbally abused by her co worker, it was so awkward. The location is crowded and they don't have bins to self dump your garbage so you are forced to leave your mess on the table. Since they don't have the staff to immediately do cleanup it looks very messy very quickly.
Ordered food online it said it would be ready at 515pm. Get there at 520 and they said it's next up. Stood there for 40 minutes waiting shoulder to shoulder with the line of people out the door. Finally got fed up and got back in line to ask if my food was ready and it had just been sitting on the shelf the whole time. Chicken and fries were so overseasoned it made me sick. Would probably never go here again if my kids weren't brainwashed by tik tok ads.
Worst costumer service ever, most of the cashiers seem to hate there job, the environment sucks in here. Not shure if his name was Reece, he needs to fix his attitude. That attitude makes some people not to want to go back…
Food is so good. I love WingStop. The workers although do not seem happy to be here. I get it, it’s work. But they are short, rude, and impatient. They definitely need people who don’t seem so miserable working here. ALSO SEATING IS TERRIBLE. Always packed. Sucks I don’t have better things to say.
We drove 40 mins here to grab some wings just to get home and see that our wings had little to no sauce on them as well as the wings being VERY small like chicken nuggets. We had ordered mango habanero and hot honey rub. The mango habanero was nothing compared to hot.. it was little to no spice and sauce. Half of the mango habanero wings had zero sauce. The hot honey rub also had little to no flavor. This is definitely the last time I’d go here. Very disappointing.
