The food tasted awful. There where barely any sauce and the fries don't have much seasonings and on top of that it was full of grease.
This is the LAST TIME I ordered from this location. By the time we opened our order, the 3 flavors did not have much sauce on 2 of the flavors. The wings looked like as if they were "Original" without any sufficient sauce to make them look like they were like they were supposed to be. I will say the fries were decent.
Have been doing deliveries from this store for delivery service provide. When 1st started it was horrible, long wait times, ignored by staff, rarely got updated regarding orders.
They have made improvements in processing borders, providing better customer service, and keeping inside restaurant area clean
They even give a perk for drivers a frequent use card for an eventual free meal and a free drink if u ask
The food was good, when we eventually received it. The service was initially good. I wasn't given the correct order. I politely pointed out that my order wasn't correct. The server was not apologetic. She was obviously annoyed with the person who prepared the order and spoke to her loudly enough that I could hear some of what she said. We completed our order at 7:03. We didn't receive the final order until 7:45. It was apparent that my order was ready, but not called out because, when I approached the counter, the server walked away as I approached the counter and picked up my bagged order off the shelf. When the server gave me the corrected order, she handed it to me with a bit of attitude, looked away from me when she handed it to me and walked off. No apologies or anything. I won't be back.
This wingstop is trash. They never get your order right. For some reason the food is always cold. It’s like they make it and then let it sit before they bag it up and give it to you. I have never been here and got my order 100% right. The people that work there are either on something or they have no brain cells. Trash place worst wing stop ever
I normally go to the NW 23RD location because it’s closer to me but I was around this one. I did an online order to avoid rush hours but they were very busy so my order was mixed up with someone else’s. So I had to wait until they were able to resolve that for me, even though it was very chaotic in there the employees managed to keep calm and attend customers in a timely manner which surprised me because they are all so young and not sure if the gentlemen who took care of me was the supervisor or manager but he was amazing and helpful to his team. My food was fresh and everything I had ordered was in the bag.
Rude don’t listen and don’t know how to treat employees. Sat waiting on dash order for 40 minutes and sloppy workers. One ignored us and the one who started helping us was being mistreated. Girl was on her phone during her shift and was being very rude. Wears glasses hair clip and gossiping at work as if it’s a joke.
i am SOOO done with this location i love wingstop but i am done giving THIS location a chance as other people state mile boneless wings are always so greasy. today i went a paid almost 20 dollars for just a meal which took forever to receive my order now on top of that they forgot my ranch that comes included in the meal. next i order a cheese sauce which is $1 for not even to be half of it full !! i’m so over it i know there always so busy but that shouldn’t be an excuse! k
