There have been a few extemely rude employees here.
But most of them have been pleasant.
Avoid ordering through the phone.
Always check if they've got your order correct. It's rare for them to miss something but it does happen.
They are always busy.
They don't always wear gloves or hair covering. Not sure if they're required by this establishment.
This was my second time at Wingstop in the past 4 months not a place that I go on a regular basis ordered some hot wings do not eat french fries so I asked for the veggies got my food and they gave me one Ranch I asked if I could get another Ranch for my veggies they told me it would be a $1.94 I said I'm not paying $2 for a dipping sauce for my veggies it's like charging me for ketchup for French fries how do you sell me veggies and nothing to eat them with so I said I don't want the veggies just give me the french fries but it's a shame I spent almost $20 for a 6-piece wing a small drink in french fries which I tossed because I don't eat because they didn't want to service me with condiments for my veggies needless to say I will not be back to that establishment they've lost a customer and she end up dropping the dressing on the floor impeach the veggies in the garbage sometimes establishments have to realize that the customer is only asking for a condiments for what I paid for make it make sense you see how many veggies but give me nothing to eat them with that's like selling me a salad with no dressing I talked to the manager and she said she's was only doing what policy states sometimes you have to be able to think outside the box
Food is great…once you get it. BUT it takes forever. Order ahead is never remotely on time. Give yourself a minimum of a 30 min buffer time between your stated pickup time and when you actually want to get your food.
This was my second time eating at this location. When I ordered my food it was 7:21 and I didn’t leave until 8. I had to wait for that long just to receive food that wasn’t cooked all the way through. The wings and fries were not done all the way they didn’t have any flavor. The staff was terrible because the cooks were playing around and not actually doing what they were suppose to. Just in all a bad experience I would never eat here again. I normally don’t write reviews at all about food but this location had to get one because there’s is no way that I waited that long just to receive food that wasn’t even cooked all the way. I threw everything out but I did take a picture of how my fries look.
WORST WINGSTOP LOCATION EVER!!! Please save your time and get wings elsewhere ! The staff is very unprofessional and always playing around. The food is never cooked right . Save your money and go to another wings restaurant. This place made me not ever eat at any wingstop at all
Definitely felt like I wasted my money, I usually avoid this place because of past experiences and every time I try give them another shot, they drop the ball.
It’s easy to place an order here online or app but when you get your delivery order, it will be WRONG! Our daughter didn’t get her wings with our order so we tried to call & let the store know but after calling 15 times with no answer we gave up. We spent over $60 & it wasn’t worth it at all. We asked for extra crispy fries but instead got soggy fries. We’ll NEVER order from Wing Stop again! I hope that $20 you got from us really helped you out !
I placed an order online and was given what seemed to be day old wings. The Garlic Parmesan didn’t even stick to the wings.
