Food and service are consistently great. The customer service of the woman I usually see up front (possibly Latina) is always on point. Everyone always seems to be working hard. Atmosphere looks clean.
Very clean establishment with friendly staff. Melissa is SUPER and leaves customers with a big smile. Great boneless wing. Garlic Parmesan are fantastic.
Nice place to pick up some good chicken. Wings were as tasty as expected and the staff were nice. I called in my order and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. The restaurant was a little behind, so I did have to wait another 10-15 minutes - not a long wait. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience.
Usually I don't have an issue with wing stop but this one hit me with a doubler last night. First we ordered 79$ worth of food when it got here it was an order of chicken tenders and a cup of water. Called the store they said they new about it mix up with 2 of us with the same name and to call uber eats and tell them. So no big deal things happen I get it Uber eats offered either a refund or reorder. So I reordered still excited to get our food. Food came cold as can be. Wings were small and rock hard I couldn't eat them fries were ok just cold, sauces were smashed all over the bag. I have never felt like I wasted money like that before. Everyone was nice and polite but man was the food bad.
Absolutely no handicapped access. Two outside steps surrounding the entirety of the strip mall that Wingstop is located in.
This review is for Elizabeth the night manager I ordered from this location and this was also our first meal for takeout and when we finally got home we started eating out of the fries then all of the sudden I pulled a black hair out of my mouth and the hair was like inside the French fry very disgusting
service amd atompshere get two since i ordered. Wings were dry, got 10 parm and 10 hot sauce, more like 10 parm and 7 hot sauce. sure its little amount buut the way they price wings? yeah deserve each and every piece for the price. actual wings not dried up things. Showing us a reflection of your life and how you carry it?
I ordered online 15 boneless wings, thats it. When I got there, the cashier asked for my name. I gave her my first and last name. They handed me a bag that said "Brandon" for the name, no last initial. I got home and the order was 100% wrong, so I called to get my money back. They refused the refund and instead would "give me a free meal next time I called". I doubt that will be an easy task. Anyways, the cashier straight up lied to her manager and told her that she confirmed my name upon giving me my food. Obviously false. The wings we got were absolutely disgusting smelling and had feathers amongst other things on it and the fries we didn't order were just awful. Truly awful experience.
