Food was fine but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. As I was waiting for my takeout order I had my arm resting on a chair back and when I pulled away a black sticky substance was stuck to my arm. I looked at the chair and it was covered in probably years of built up filth. I looked around and most of the chairs were like this.
It's ghetto definitely but that's why you don't eat there. I always door dash my food and they always make it right and it's not nasty. I have came in there before and the workers are overworked and busy but still very nice. They even accept orders 1 minute before they can't anymore and most places won't do that! Shout out the workers!
I was so excited to try this restaurant. The TV was so loud I could hardly hear the lady taking our order. We waited about 45 minutes for one single order & to find out they didn’t have any eating utensils. No forks, napkins, lids for the drinks… the chicken was very disappointing. Soggy.. I felt sick 20 minutes after we left and normally I wouldn’t make reviews but I just had to for this one. They had everyone eating with their fingers… do not recommend this wing stop.
One bathroom, and it was in terrible condition.
The area near the door to the kitchen smells like rotting garbage. Disgusting.
You get ONE napkin in a packet with a plastic fork and knife…..in a place that sells wings in a puddle of grease.
Wings were small. Popcorn chicken small.

I decided to go in a place my order because online is usually a bad experience my orders, also because I don’t mind the wait but I let them know that the last 2-3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve had undercooked soggy fries and wings. This time I asked for extra extra well done and they are still soggy and shriveled up. I’ve been going to this location since they opened and haven’t had a problem until the last 3 times I’ve ordered it. I work in a restaurant and I wouldn’t sell this if I wouldn’t eat it. I understand if you were busy but this is undercooked.
First time at Wing Stop! I checked the reviews before going to this location and wasn't sure if I would enjoy it because of the negative feedback, but it was perfect!!!! You can't go off of the reviews all the time. The best thing you can do is try it for yourself. I went when it wasn't busy on a Wednesday after lunch, and it was really yummy. My daughter and I had a good experience here. Staff did a good job ????
Called in for a order to pickup after work ,when I got there my order was ready but the doors were locked the lights were off and the employees were inside playing around with the music loud this was at a quarter to 11:00 p.m. when the hours on the door state that they are open until midnight. When I got home I started to plates ready for my family, opened up the container and was disgusted to see my chicken in puddles of grease, nd my chicken tasted like grease as well. Not only was I highly upset but I had a family that was still hungry and no food to feed them. Very disappointed, this location needs to invest in a staff that is a customer oriented and a good representation of the company and care about how the product is delivered to the customers.
Horrible unprofessional atmosphere. I placed an online order and they took my money but didn’t give me my food. No confirmation either. When I let them know all I was told was my money would be refunded in 3 days.
