We got the meal that had 20 pieces of Crispy tenders. we tried 4 flavors Crispy Tenders ($27.49). Our order was:
4 Ranch, 6 Original Hot ( the buffalo hot sauce), 6Lemon Pepper, 5 Plain, 3 Hickory Smoked BBQ And 1 Large Seasoned Fries ($3.69)
It was good. We liked buffalo and plan more, and I felt the lemon pepper Too salty..
Ordered a meal never got a drink. Wasn’t even offered a cup. Asked for cheese fries with the cheese on the side and they put it on the fries still. Called up there and he said he could do nothing about it. Don’t waste your time/money with theses unprofessional folks. Came on my lunch break and the only thing he could offer was for me to turn around and come this second or I’d get nothing. Won’t be wasting my time or money on this establishment.
They never answer the phone (I called an excessive amount of times trying to let them know they forgot my ranch) and they did not answer. They just let the phone ring. and they’re rude. I’ve went in twice and they have the worst attitudes (I’m speaking of the people who take my order) I work at a bakery and they would have fired me right off the bat with how bad their attitudes are. I don’t feel like a valued customer. They forget to add ranch to DoorDash orders most of the time this is the second time this has happened. I am very upset with their service and I even reported it on the Wingstop website.
I waited damn near 30 minutes for a 10 piece combo while being one of 3 customers in the establishment, absolutely terrible service the staff seemed like they could care less on how long the food was taking.
When I received my food the Fries had zero seasoning only coated in dry a** Parmesan cheese absolutely zero flavor the wings were not crispy at all which I found almost funny because of how long my food took to get to me.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP LOCATION FOR GODS SAKE !!
They messed my order up 2 time but I’m happy that they were very understanding in a high stress situation. And for the one cashier there I appreciate all the work you did. Leaving a happy customer. But maybe add more people working cashiers????
My dining experience was exceptional! The ambiance was elegant, service impeccable and food outstanding. The chef's attention to detail shines through in every dish.
Really bad service, the staff messed my order 3 different times, and when I though it was a mistake at least 6 other costumers complained about messed up orders too. The location didn’t have napkins so they had a kitchen towel roll at the front, and it the bathroom there was not soap.
Employees lounge in the dinning area and are very dismissive of customers ready to order when the lobby is empty. Food came out after 45 min and my fries were still soggy. Would recommend heading to another location.
