Best WLM Reviews
The crew here is very welcoming. Took care of us as soon as we walked in. Our food was very fresh, hot , and delicious!
I love this place!! I come here all the time and the customer service is always so amazing!! As well as the food!! I would recommend coming here!!
My recent visit to Wingstop left me with mixed feelings. As a wing aficionado, I was excited to try out their various flavors, but the experience was somewhat underwhelming.
Firstly, the positives: the variety of wing flavors available at Wingstop is commendable. From classic buffalo to tangy lemon pepper, there's something for every palate. The wings themselves were decent—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously coated in sauce.
However, the overarching issue was the excessive saltiness. While some may enjoy this flavor profile, it overwhelmed the taste buds and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the wings. If you're craving a quick fix and don't mind the sodium overload, Wingstop might suffice.
Additionally, the ambiance and service were average. The restaurant had a typical fast-food vibe, with limited seating and a focus on takeout orders. The staff were friendly enough, but nothing particularly memorable.
In conclusion, Wingstop is a convenient option for those seeking a quick wing fix, but be prepared for an onslaught of saltiness. It's not a destination for a gourmet dining experience, but it serves its purpose for a casual, fast-food indulgence.
I’ve tried ordering from this place twice and both times it was a complete disaster. I don’t ask for much especially dealing with the fast food restaurant as big as Wingstop. However, I expect you to at least do what you’re supposed to each time I ordered the food wasn’t hot. The fries didn’t have enough seasoning and weren’t made to my request which was extra crispy and both times I ordered wings they weren’t fully coated, I thought Wingstop is supposed to toss your wings. It looks like they are lazy and they just drizzle sauce on the top. I remember back in the day used to be so much extra sauce. You used to literally soap up the sauce with your chicken, but I get it times are different But for me to be paying $30 and the food not cooked properly or coated is disappointing but I complained and they gave me a $10 gift card so I tried to order from them again and they did the same thing. So of course i complained again and I’m grateful that the manager did get in touch with me and she will be issuing me a refund but I wanted to leave this review in case others have this issue if we bring attention to the management that these things are happening, maybe in the future we’ll get better service. But management was kind and accommodating.
Great service, the workers here are so nice. Everyone should come here. you have no experience real joy until you have entered into this magnificent fine establishment. It’s like Christmas morning. ????????????
The service was so great! Want to give a big shout out to Abdul! Service was absolutely amazing! Enjoyed my visit so much because of him.
Stopped by the new Wingstop in Schiller Park this evening for dinner and was pleased with my order. The inside is very new & the staff was getting into the motion of it all. My order took about ten minutes and the staff was really nice through the whole process.
There's a seating area inside, but I didn't use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until the order was done.
I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken was really good. I thought it would be weird that they weren't sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it's own. The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunch tomorrow.
There is parking on site & it's free. There's only a few spaces, but they don't fill up since the space is new. The parking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it's all one way parking so it's easier to move around.
The place and people are great. However, for some reason every time we order from here their fries are always super soggy even when you ask for extra crispy fries. I don’t know if they are putting them in the oil before it’s hot enough or if they are not leaving them in the oil long enough but no matter what every time they are so soggy. I even try to re-heat them at home in the air frier and they are still soggy right after taking them out which really makes me think that they are just throwing the potatoes in the oil before it is hot enough and the potatoes are just absorbing all of it making them super soggy.
