Best WLM Reviews
Please explain to me why this lady was in the kitchen AND she flipped her long black hair while back there. Pretty sure broke some health codes. We will not be back. Stars are dropping. The young girl in the picture asked me if I was recording her and I said no. Do I need to? Unfortunately my cranky boyfriend popped off at the mouth. Because the young girl said she had a right to know if I was recording. Another young person gets involved and States she going to go get her Dad to beat up my boyfriend. A simple question escalated into a verbal argument and a threat of physical violence. We ended up throwing our food in the trash so we could leave.
Usually it’s not too bad, the last time I ordered from there I had waited forever and I ordered online. This time I went and the wings were barely sauced, they were basically dry! The didn’t put the 2 ranch’s that were included in the price I paid in the bag. It was nasty and usually me and my boyfriend eat all of the food this time we didn’t eat very much because it wasn’t even hot!
We visited this location today and the experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted to the delivery of our food. The wings were delicious and the fries so GOOD!! We met the GM Cody and can tell the store is under new management from the service to food quality and cleanliness.
Horrible food not made right at all. Asked for 5 tenders I got boneless that’s is not the same at all and asked for lemon pepper sprinkle I couldn’t even get that. smh Homeless man walked in reached over the counter and grabbed a cup and fixed himself a drink and walked out. Cook was Frying chicken with no gloves touching uncooked chicken with his bare hands I’m good on y’all. I’ll get wings elsewhere.
I can't recommen to go to this location as the wait times are insane. Dine in or take out. If you order online or call in, you're good, I guess. If you want to eat here, good luck. I was told 10 mins, and it's been 30 already. Don't waste your time. I'm still waiting....
It would be easier to just close this location, every time i goto this location to place an order there is ALWAYS an issue, closed during business hours, management has rude personalities, and this location is highly unprofessional. Not saying the south location is perfect (Always check your orders) but I know at least when I want some wings I am able to go there during their business hours and they are conducting business. I will always recommend the south location to deal with the least of issues and be able to have decent service
I’ve never been yelled at over the phone from a worker and restaurant manager, when I simply asked why a side of ranch was $1.50? They cancelled my order without notice. Even after I said I was happy to pay it.
The wait time is crazy. We ordered ahead a 6 piece meal. It said 16 mins. We arrived and it took a total of 30 mins. Every time I come here I wait twice as long for my food. Might drive to another location next time
