Great coustmer services fast food hot food was on point little to no wait best stop WING STOP !
I placed an order online and I was told it was going to be done a certain time. It took over an hour to get my food. Overall the service is
horrible here.
I ordered some wings through the Wingstop AP & did not receive my order. I was told by the store manager I should receive a refund in 5 to 7 days and its been 2 weeks and no refund has been issued. I called them back after 2 weeks & I was put on hold for 45 minutes & no one came back to take my call. When I called again i'm sure they saw the caller ID cause they automatically put me on hold & no one took my call.
Very impressed with the teamwork from the staff tonight. All working together with haste to get food to the customers. I loved to see it.
Unfortunately this is one of the WORST WingStops in Houston. This place is ALWAYS so dirty. I ordered wings for my son's birthday party and I only live about 10 minutes away the food was Cold, the wings were dry and extremely salty.. I will never eat or order anything from this location again.. F.Y.I. go to Gulfgate they also need to work on keeping the dining area clean, but the wing's are always made right. Expect a 20 to 30 minute wait after 6 p.m. walk in's , Uber eats, and orders being pick up is crazy but worth the wait.. Customer service is a 3. Plenty of free parking..
I don't know how or why this place gets alot of hate. I'm serious, this place is awesome! With the power outage last week, WingStop on Harrisburg (to be specific) continues to deliver awesomeness. They never closed last week, which helped alot of families. I mean, come on! Need I say more? They're still dealing with their system going haywire at times from the outages, I'm sure, but that has not stopped their great customer service or their cooks from cooking it up. Their energy is unmatched! 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Keep it up, WingStop!
I just ordered their special 25 wings 2 drinks corn and large fries I was missing 10 wings an paid almost $40 for delivery the manager refused to talk to me when I called an had her employee tell there's nothing they can do about it I know better now I'll never order from this wingstop again people please becareful ordering from this wingstop you will have food missing an absolutely won't get any help with it
The wings here be kinda dry In order for it to no be dry you gotta order them wet. The fries are really good tho love the seasoning. The place is good overall because they hook you up real good with them loaded cheese fries.
