Dear Wingstop Management,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the quality of food and service we recently experienced at your establishment. On August 6th, 2024 my family and I ordered food from your location, and we were extremely disappointed with what we received.
The food was overcooked, hard, and cold, rendering it not only unappetizing but also unsafe to eat. You can literally see the bone burnt and overcooked meat turns gray pictures are attached. This was particularly alarming as my mother began choking on the food. Despite the emergency situation, Ray the manager's response was dismissive, insisting that we just bring the food back instead of addressing the immediate issue. When it was ordered through the app and delivered by DoorDash.
This experience has left us deeply concerned about the safety standards and customer service at your restaurant. I urge you to take this matter seriously and address the issues to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

Terrible experience ordered a 50 piece wing set and majority of the wings were drum stick now I understand I got mixed wings but why were they not divided equally among each wing section type wings are undercooked heavy seasoned go at your own risk
I work near this particular wing stop on North port Washington Road so I frequently get lunch at least once a week.. I placed an order for 10 boneless wings they were hard as a rock… I threw them out but called the store to complain.. and couldn’t return to store because I was on a lunch break.. I was told to bring them back in in order to get fresh ones ..couldn’t do that cuz they were tossed.. they just lost a valuable customer because this service was unacceptable
Went around 10pm on a Thursday, was relatively busy. Some odd customers hanging around inside. Got the boneless, mango habanero and lemon pepper, with veggie sticks and a drink. Staff asked me to leave a review on the app while I waited for my order, nbd. Soda machine was a little dirty but the rest of the place looked clean. Food came pretty quickly and was still plenty hot when I got home. Veggies were fresh. Overall, happy. Would visit again.
The fries were the best I've ever gotten from wingstop. I ate them 1st then opened the container with the wings and I was missing 2. I ordered and paid for a 10 piece traditional but only got 8. I called and they said I could bring them all the way back today or save them and bring them back another time for them to remake the order. Doesn't help when you're at home already and it's dinner. Handled poorly in my opinion. Disappointed.
Employees were garbage to say the least. No one says hi or greets you. Gave them my name and he said "move to the side" calls out everyone's name that comes in but puts my order on the shelf without saying my name. I wait for a total of 40 mins. The guy grabs my bag and looks at me and says my name and hands me the bag. No apology doesn't give me my drinks. Definitely will not be back.
Gigantic wings, undercooked, and not enough seasoning. Completely grossed out. Will never return
My order was excellent everything was delicious, yummy yummy so good. The food was hot and fresh. They really did a great job, so thank you so much.
