How can your wings be bad if you are called wing stop? How can wings be soggy, chicken over cooked and bones breaking while you try and eat them all at the same time??? Worst wings I have ever had!
1 hour wait. Empty. Online order app says 16-21 minutes. And then half the wings cold. Bag and boxes dripping in grease. This is a run down Wingstop. Google rating isn’t lying.
First I was told it would be a 45-60 minute wait and the restrooms were out of order. It on took about 20-25… so at least that was a bonus….right?? Well when I get home (straving) my granddaughter and I….of course my order is incorrect…..instead of the 15 I paid for…. I have 12 pieces….I call the store and the manager offers me a 6 piece meal on the house SMH…..no I want the order I paid for and didn’t get….she took my number to call me back because this is above her pay grade…..wow
I ordered the 10 piece spicy Korean boneless wings and they were dry as a bone. I could barely swallow them without sipping on my drink to wash them down. On the positive side they gave me 12 wings instead of 10.
This was the best Wingstop ever. They had really good communication were really fast prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. We definitely recommend this Wingstop to anybody nearby. Levy Keith secret and Kobe are all very professional
I walked in and ordered eight wings 45 minutes later I get the driest crustiest nastiest wings I’ve ever had in my life. Do not go to this location. They are rude, slow and inattentive at best.
My first experience trying this new location was not that great. However, the manager made it right and the wings I received on the second trip were awesome. Just the way I remembered. Will definitely return here the next time I'm in the mood for wings that are cooked right and with great flavor!!
This location customer service is horrible!!!!!! Hate it hate it!!! Those heffas had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for some freaking ranch after spending $38 for 20 wings & Cajun corn! They told me because I didn’t order a combo, it don’t come with ranch!!! Do them idiots know how much I’ve a spent is more than a damn combo meal !!! The most for the combo meal is no more than $17!!! Stop playing with me! If you go to wing house or hooters, ordering a 6 piece wings only them folks gone ask do you want blue cheese or ranch!! When ordering wings regardless it comes with damn dipping sauce!! Clearwater location would have never! My last coming to that location! They need to shut that location downnnnnn!! With a 3.1 rating! this location needs to take a customer service class cause this ain’t it !!
