My boyfriend and I absolutely love this location!! We live by one by choose this location because the freshness of food and the great customer service the night shift gives!! We go at least 1x a week! They are friendly and as fast as they can be even thru the dinner rushes. Thank u wingstop on Nw expressway! Keep up the hard work!!!
My husband had to go back up there 3 times because our fries tasted as if they had been sitting under the warmer for days. They were dry, tasted old, & absolutely horrible. We purchased a family meal equal to $60, sorry but absolutely not acceptable when we live 3 minutes away. The workers were upset we made MULTIPLE trips up there for fresh fries. For $60, I expect better!!! I don’t blame them but if it was their money, they would expect more too. Wings were mediocre with barely any seasoning but the fries were the worst. With this economy we should be doing better, especially when it isn’t from the employees pocket!
I haven’t been here in a few years because it’s always an issue with the service and waiting for your food. Today I placed the order on line at 11:15 and I went to pick it up at 12:39 after standing in line about three minutes waiting to be held it was about another five minutes before my food was actually ready. Their french fries are always good and I extremely pleased with my Hawaiian chicken sandwich the other chicken sandwich is lemon pepper I’m not sure if my husband is going to like it but we’ll see.
We eat at Wing Stop because my family loves the wings. We went here just after opening (1115am) and ordered a 15 wing combo and a sandwich combo. At 1145am we were still waiting on our food - time stamped by the receipt they gave us. We asked where our food was and whoops, they forgot. There really was no excuse, we were the second people to order from them the whole day. It’s kind of funny the boy who checked us out actually asked us to fill out the review on the receipt before we got our food.
The AC was set to full blast (60F) which was freezing as it was barely 60F outside. My whole family complained with running noses that it was too cold. The floor was also greasy and so nasty that I could do the moonwalk across it. Gross. The bathrooms are deadbolts and require a key. Then there’s the food - it was meh. The fries were undercooked, the wings were OK, and my sandwich was way over done. By the time we were through we were too cold and tired to complain and left. Not worth it. I normally love the food but now with the severe decline in service we will be looking elsewhere - perhaps somewhere that doesn’t require a bulletproof vest.
Every time I come in there they always greet me an they show respect they are always having fun n dancing they make you feel like family special makiaha and chralee and the cashier Jacob he is so nice I would recommend this place they get the food out on a timely matter
Talk about the Freshest Fries ???? Chicken ???? Corn ???? and Veggie Sticks in town. Talk about the Fastest, Clean, most Efficient service in town. Pricy BUT GREAT, worth every single cent. Been here twice this month already and I WILL NOT STOP???????? and I urge You to please do the same and thank me later.
Here's a little tip, after ordering and you have your receipt in hand, take the survey. You might just get free fries whatever the size????????
I came here, and ordered 2 combos, wings with fries and drinks. The environment was amazing and peaceful, the staff were inviting and kind and amazing, although slightly rushing me and my friend who have never ordered from here before, they were amazing. It took a while for the food to come out, and it smelled amazing, but the chicken looked small and not fresh at all, it looked like they microwaved old chicken and threw sauce on it, the fries looked amazing and tasted great but they were soggy and falling apart, and once again did not look fresh. For the extended wait time, I told my friend who was worried about how long it was taking, that usually if it takes long at a restaurant it means theyre cooking it instead of microwaving. I expected fresh food with the extended wait time. There were only a few other customers, so it was all so confusing, but nonetheless it was still good food, but i fear it could have been better
DoorDash employees are to not fill up drinks they are their on a time limit to deliver the order even so the sweet tea was out and they never came to fix it so time was longer waiting on them. Luckily the DoorDash customer replied fast and was able to switch the drink. My time was completely wasted and not only that it’s wasted every time I have an order here at this location. Wingstop is lazy and needs to do better .
