“My visit to Wingstop was an all-around excellent experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, from the dining area to the kitchen area visible behind the counter. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority, which added to the overall atmosphere.
The food was even better than I expected. The wings had the perfect texture—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—and each sauce was rich in flavor, providing a great variety of options. The lemon pepper had just the right balance of tang and spice, while the barbecue sauce was smoky and bold. The fries were served hot and seasoned just right, complementing the wings perfectly.
What I appreciated most was the accuracy of my order. Everything was prepared exactly as I had requested, down to the smallest details. I didn’t have to worry about any mistakes, which is rare at many places. Communication was smooth as well—the staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure to double-check the order before finalizing it. It felt like they genuinely cared about delivering a great experience.
On top of that, the order was ready on time, without any delays. It’s not often that everything from cleanliness, service, and food quality aligns so well, but Wingstop nailed it.
One of the worst experience ever !!!!! I am pregnant and have been craving wings from here. I’ve always order from wing stop never a problem. Yet today worst experience. I order 6 bone-in and called to get it re done. The wings tasted like grease. Grease everywhere. There was no sauce to be seen but oil. Went and got another order done and was the same thing just that this one they gave me a wing covered with feathers. I’m literally sick to my stomach. Disgusting food

I ordered for delivery and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting based on the reviews. It was fine. They messed up both of my drinks. Also all the recent 5 star reviews look like AI reviews
LOVE LOVE LOVE, I had a very good experience here. The chicken was crispy and the fries were well seasoned. The costumer service was phenomenal and the food came very quickly. overall five stars. The bots saying that it’s bad are fake.
Genuinely have never left a review but the service was so abysmal that I have to leave to let people ordering online know what they’re getting into. Ordered through Uber eats at 10:45 and up until 11:30 it said they were completing my order and then finally I call to make sure the quality of our food was still adequate only to find out they “did not have an order with that name” but after the phone call our order was cancelled, seems they lost or missed the ticket and cancelled the order because they were lazy and didn’t want to have the bite the bullet and cook our food near closing so now at 12 we have no dinner and no options to order anything else, so frustrating because wingstop is phenomenal but this location is not. NEVER ORDER FROM THE WHEELING LOCATION
